TL;DR: The absolute best service that I could've asked for with a dent fix and auto detailing. Added bonus they are a family owned small business. Details: I had an appointment to get an appraisal to sell my SUV, but there was a small dent on the back trunk that would most likely ruin my chances of getting the best possible quote and needed it quickly fixed before my appointment. I decided to go to Hermes Pro because they had done really great work with the detailing of my car in the past and found out that they do dent work as well. On a Friday evening I called and told them my situation. They were able to fit me in first thing Saturday morning. The owner, Hermes, took a quick look at the dent and said it will be ready in an hour. I walked to the near by cafe for coffee and breakfast and returned right on the hour mark; and there was my car ready for me. The dent was no longer there and it looked like there never was a dent! REALLY great work! The appraiser will never be the wiser. lol Plus, the price for the work was so reasonable that it was easy to give a tip. I can't stress enough how easy and hospitable it was to work with Hermes Pro! read more

AMAZING!! Hermes and Sergio are the true professionals at dent repair! I cannot say enough good things about their amazing customer service, amiability, impecable work technique and the efficiency. I had a dent for years and everywhere else I went to get a quote was always very expensive. Hermes is a super trustworthy person- he communicated while he worked. He ensure pictures were being sent and finished my car at the time he estimated. Sergio, his son is very professional and friendly. I will recommend anyone I know with a dent to go here, no hesitation. My car looks like new! Thank you guys! read more

They live up to their name. They are professional and will take care of you beloved vehicle. They are a father son duo and it's great to see family sticking together. I recently bought a new truck and my daughter put a fat dent in the rear passenger door when she opened it up against a metal pole. My heart sank. I called them around 2pm and told them my problem. They asked for photos via text, which I sent. Within moments he called me back to tell me they could come out the next morning, on a SATURDAY!!!! They saw the damage and addition dings from flying rocks in the roadway. The ding created a paint chips. They said the damage is an easy fix and noted additional damage on my truck and offered to fix it with additional little cost. Since they were so affordable, I said, "Yes please." I also noted a dent on my other car and they said they will fix it too. As they were fixing the rock ding on my truck they showed me how they will match the paint with the factory paint, which was mostly computerized. Finish results are better than I expected and they gave me the lowest estimate, with zero haggle, and they are mobile. They accept cash or checks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN if I need them. read more

Very satisfied with their services! Had a ~6-7" dent which they quoted me a fair price ($290). Initially, I called them only for a quote, but because the price was fair, I decided to continue with the service. Fixed the dent within an hour and a half, and offered to knock out two more dents on the side of my car! Excellent service and a great team!! read more

EXCELLENT JOB! Called Hermes to fix few dents on my Tundra and scheduled convenient time between us. He comes to my place to fix the dents. After almost 2-hours, I couldn't see any of the 18-dents that is all over my Truck. He got all the tools and expertise for this kind of job. My new Chevy Silverado had a run in with a grocery cart. It left a crease on my door and a dent on my bed. I tried calling around a few places but it seemed no one wanted to come over for something so small. I finally called her Hermes, and they asked me to send over a few pictures shortly after I was contacted with further instructions to go online and set up my appointment. That week they came to my home . They we're very friendly and professional . before starting they explained everything they were going to do. I was given a quote right there and then, and shortly after my truck was back to looking like it was brand. Hermes prices were reasonable and even gave a discount for having multiple damages. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. read more

Hermès Pro Auto Images did a fantastic job on my car. It looks brand new. I had not had my car detailed in over a year and I have 5 grandchildren and 3 car seats so you can imagine the inside of my car. When they were done with my car it looked brand new, I'm not sure it even looked that good when I bought it it 13 years ago. I highly recommend this place. read more

Excellent service! Fixed approximately an 8 inch dent for $120 on a bumper, while other places charge $30-69 per inch for a paintless dent removal! The service was prompt and straight forward and I got a reply back soon and an appointment was made very easily. This business definitely really should get more credit and positive feedback. The fact that it's a mobile service just sweetens the deal! read more

Wow! I am so glad I found Hermes! Francisco is pretty much the best thing that ever happened to my poor damaged Audi Q5. I was recommend by a good friend and I was not disappointed. I broke my left tail lights and did some body and paint damage. It looks like a completely new car, I am so thankful. The job was beautiful. I'm prone to getting dents and dings and I have had to deal with the larger name companies when getting my car fixed, by far, this has been the best experience I have had with someone working on my car. Fast, friendly, flawless and most important he is honest. My car was returned in just a few days sparkling clean and looking brand new. Thanks Hermes Dent Fixing! read more

These guys are great. They came out to work on 2 cars with deep dents (caused by unapologetic shoppers) as well as a 3rd car which had an annoying scratch. Excellent results and a great price.
