John even vetted the back area to see if it could get done. After discussing appropriate access, he put me in contact with his partner Alfredo. Alfredo and I talked and agreed he would call me either Friday or Saturday to get the job done. All of my plans were placed on hold, and he never called me. I asked John for his number (John has been very responsive) and when I called Alredo he laughed and apologized and said he would do it Monday. (He did not sound like himself at all, IDK if he was under the influence or what). Needless to say he never called me! Incredibly unprofessional. John I would get another partner that's dependable.

FastPro came to us at a very challenging time - after a house fire. The contractors they brought…read morein did quick and fantastic work, and we would definitely use again. Only issues were some poor communication at the start of cleanup, the most emotional time of the process for us; and some billing problems at the end - we had the help of a public adjuster, but it's important to keep good records. Our first time with anything like this, relatively small, thank God, we had a LOT to learn. If it's your first time, too, be prepared for it to be a LONG process, even if it was a relatively small disaster. Our adjuster warned us that it could take 4-6 months. For us, work was all but complete in a little over 2 months - last job finished 6 mos after fire following 3 month pause for insurance supplement to come through and holidays. Took 2 weeks for for adjuster and insurance to coordinate inspection, insurance company to release settlement funds, and crew to get in to start cleanup. Keep in mind, this was FAST - it usually takes longer. And last billing issue was not resolved until 7 months out. After the bumpy start, staff from FastPro and subcontractors were kind, helpful, and most importantly got the job done well and in a reasonable time frame and they did a very thorough job!

The quote of the bid was on point, the quality of work the craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The renovation was complete and they were meticulous at the end of every day to leave the job site cleaned up. Renovation can be very stressful, but the support of an excellent team can make all the difference. FastPro cares about people first and foremost. i highly recommend them.

But I figured they must be doing something right so I knocked on one of my neighbors doors where I see them pretty much every week for the last 2 years I told them I was looking for a cleaning service for my home and asked their honest opinion. Ironically my neighbor found them on yelp and told me they where exactly what I was looking for. So I called that day talked to Jennifer and she walked me through the process . She was so helpful . she gave me answers to questions I would have never thought ask. I could tell she knew what she was doing and super pleasant to talk to. such a happy person. so everything was set for last friday , a whole house deep cleaning surprise gift for my wife . Three ladies arrived right on time , in uniform and just as pleasant as the young lady that set up the job. I was amazed at their professionalism and efficiency. Best part of all, my wife was so surprised . she said she couldn't think of a better more thoughtful gift. We agreed to have them return every other week. So far so good. Highly recommend this company.

I saw this service off of Yelp, and decided to try them out for requesting an estimate. When I…read morefirst made an appointment, the person was going to be late and my schedule was jam packed. I ended up deciding to cancel that appointment and made another one. On my second request, I initially said "any time on a particular Friday." They gave me a range of 9-11 AM on a Sat and I asked if they could come in at 9 AM and they said yes. They ended up coming in right before 11 AM. So, I can understand that I needed to try to pick a time interval to be available rather than a time, okay. I gave them some stars for working with me and being professional for the in-person estimate itself. I was then told that I would receive an estimate over the phone in the same day some hours later. I requested by e-mail instead and was told that this was fine. During a time period of two weeks and two days after that, I had made three phone calls. I left voice mails twice and got through one time, the 2nd time I believe. I was told that the estimate was mixed up with something else and that it would be coming out. I'm not sure if they want to work with me or not, but at least it would be nice to let me know that instead of running me around. For potentially big jobs, my reasonable concern of not being able to receive an estimate by e-mail (or snail mail physical copy) makes me feel like there would be a he-said-she-said dynamic if I went for this. For smaller jobs, it isn't such a big loss and they seem like they do good work from the other reviews and my interaction with the attendant during the estimate. They may not be the most pronounced with their words, but I was willing to consider them with the other good reviews and them being local to me. With the lack of an estimate by e-mail, it made me wonder if the company or someone in the company has a PA license number. I would like to presume yes, but I couldn't find one personally based on company name. I know the search engine isn't the best if you don't have the actual license number to look up. If there are any updates/changes to this review or if it's proper for me to write another review as I can't update this one after about a month, then I will do so. I've strongly considered and tried to rate my experience as fairly as possible, and I really feel that Sunny's services could've done much better with their interactions in working with me after the estimate was completed.
