It took me four days of constant chasing just to get my refund, and when she finally sent it back, she deducted extra funds, claiming they were for "fees." To make matters worse, she then tried to blackmail me into removing my Yelp review because she didn't want others to know about her mistakes. She's completely unprofessional.
