Poorest customer service ever. Took our skid steer in and told them my budget was $1500. Ended up costing $4156. Took 60 days to get it back. Never could give me estimate on where we were at for completion or cost. Wouldn't return phone calls. Will never use them again. read more

Brought my push mower in for service and was NOT informed there was a $175 "diagnostic fee". I was told I would get a call before any work was done. Got a bill for $191 to move a spring. A week later I called and clx the plan due to trading in my zero turn in at another dealer and I went back to heritage tractor and try to cancel the service plan. But was told that I can't cancel the plan. And that I have just lost the difference of what I have paid for the service plan. And I paid 809.00 dollars for the 3 year service plan. I called ahead to get some part for an oil change service on my John Deere diesel generator. When I arrived they had lost my order. They also sold me the wrong fuel filter, even though I gave them the exact model number. When I went to return it, they said it had fuel in it, and wouldn't do it. Yes, because I tried to install it.
