No idea if or when it shipped. Sorry! Finally got wise and called Tommy directly, went directly to a human in less than a minute, who delicately told me that although my order had been manufactured for more than 3 weeks, they were forced to place a hold on its shipping because I went through Quality Truck and Equipment. I could hear them talking in the background, "Ohhhh. THAT company." It was explained that they don't cut somebody off until they're in the hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt. Just like a drunk at the bar who can't pay his tab, Tommy Gate had to cut off QTE and not ship any more of their orders due to non-payment. Doug and Mark (?) at QTE told me repeatedly on the phone that the delay was totally on Tommy, who was unreachable and they couldn't obtain shipping or status updates. Quality Truck and Equipment can't pay their bills. Drop-shipments were cut off by the manufacturer due to non-payment. QTE straight-up lied to me on the phone when they said they couldn't get any information from Tommy Gate, and strung me along for WEEKS after my gate was already manufactured. It was just sitting there on the dock waiting for QTE to find some money. Don't make my mistake. These guys are flakes who can't pay their tab. Don't be the one stuck holding the bag when their cool, professional-looking website suddenly goes dark and the phone number doesn't work anymore.
