The toilet was overflowing and there was no contact information for maintenance anywhere. There were several honey buckets outside, so I guess this happens frequently(?). It was quite packed with a group hosting a private event and the courts were all full. We walked around the park with our toddler, and there were tons of random kinks on the ground. I even found a piece of broken glass that wasn't super far from where my daughter was... The lake was pretty though, and there were people fishing. Specially because there're lots of signs saying "private property" or "do not park here" basically because you can park your car near this playgoeind AS LONG AS you don't block neighbors entrances nor the street. Preferably it's better to walk if you live close by. It has a small playground, picnic tables (covered and uncovered), benches to rest. A nice paved promenade for a stroller or tricycle. It's surrounded by lots of pine trees it's like been in the forest.

Parking is pretty ample and we had no issues finding a good spot. Bathrooms are pretty clean, but there was no soap in the dispensers when we were there - thankfully had sanitizer on me, though! The park has several party shelters and they were ALL booked for birthdays or graduation parties. They were all good size with a decent amount of seating for guests, but suggest bringing your own camp chairs or something similar if you know you're going to want/need to sit. The playground itself is great and my 7, 5, and 3 year old loved it. Plenty to climb on and lots of space to run. My kids especially loved the zipline setup, that also has a large seat for kids of all play abilities to use. We aren't in the area too crazy often, but we'd definitely return to this park to play!

The play…read morestructures were big and had a large variety of things, slides, climbing, spinning, ropes, etc. The one for the slightly older kids with the steepest slides had beans puke all over it (not sure how long it had been there), which was super gross, but the park service truck came while we were there and power hosed the thing down. Our toddlers had a great time climbing on the blocks, enjoying the slightly shorter and less steep toddler friendly slides, and the bucket swings.

I will say that the parking lot is rather small and it can be very challenging to find any parking during the summer. When I arrived on this particular day, there was literally a line out to the road with vehicles trying to find parking. It can get pretty cut throat, too. The park itself is generously sized, in the splash pad has a lot of unique features that my kids really enjoyed. My favorite part is that they had features for small children as well as larger children. Usually when I go to other splash pads it smells funky or like chlorine. But this location smelled fresh and seemed to have been upkept recently. Western Washington is a notorious area for high amounts of trafficking, so I always have to keep an eye out wherever we go. But thankfully, this area seemed pretty safe so we will definitely be back next summer for more playtime.
