I don't work because of everything I am going through. They see the medications I am on I am sure they have some idea of what I deal with or am going through. They treat me with such disrespect I leave feeling embarrassed and like I want to cry EVERYTIME!. There is no privacy anyone can hear what you and the lady are saying. I bought a diabetic meter which because it was written as a prescription I assumed id have the coverage. Nothing was said other than pricing. I had it delivered and then discovered it was not covered. I asked to bring it back but they said they weren't sure because they already put a sticker on it and they needed to check. This is there job could they not have told me to check before filling it because it's not often they get covered or something helpful. Rather than look at me like I was an idiot for not being able to put out that $100 and not get it back. And act like oh well your problem. They treat me like shit EVERYTIME. I would switch pharmacies but all my information is there, they deliver and I don't have a car. I feel awful EVERYTIME one of them deals with me. They have no compassion, no regard, no feeling at all toward I'm sure it's just some customers not the young people like myself that go there. The utter lack of respect I feel I can't imagine what others go through, but what can you do you need your prescriptions. Not to mention they tied to talk me in to saying they delivered something they did not. And then today were filling it. I told them they did not fill it, but it's not like they believed me because they said they already sent it. Disgusting. I'm a human being. I'm a mom. I am a person just like them.

I typically don't suffer from cracked lips. However, the corner of my mouth was dry and cracked. I needed some Vaseline. I didn't have any on me during my road trip. So, I stopped by this store. I was thinking that a small jar would be fine. The crazy thing is that the large 375 g jar was 50% off and was the same price as the smaller tub. I went with the large tub because that's how I tick. The clientelle tends to be older. There was an older woman who was paying for her purchases. The cashier was cheery and helpful towards this customer. It was refreshing. She was patient. I wasn't in a rush, so I liked witnessing the conversation between the two of them. When it was finally my turn to pay for my tub of Vaseline, the cashier thanked me for waiting. What wonderful customer service! I was pleased with my purchase and was thrilled that it was on sale. The tub is in my glove compartment, as I have the same sized tub at home. My cracked mouth corner has since vanished. Vaseline works, folks! (237)
