We stopped in for the first time today and viewed an impressive selection of beautiful, unique pieces. They carry notably high quality specimens of labradorite, opal, malachite, pyrite, tourmaline, olivine, quartz, calcite, and more. The minerals we viewed ranged in price from $5 to $700+, and we were not at all pressured to buy (which I am super-sensitive about). Like others who've left reviews, we didn't realize shopping is by appointment until we arrived and discovered this shop is in a lovely residential neighborhood. We called the phone number listed on Yelp, and the proprieter opened up for us right away. He treated us like old friends, and I would love to go back and shop there again. Highly recommend!

Unlike Indian incense, this is Japanese so when you burn it is does not give off huge amounts of smoke. You get the wonderful smell of incense without having to feel like you're walking through fog. They have a show room in the lobby and a sales associate will come out to provide you will all kinds of information about the products and help you pick out the scents that work for you. The product selection is solid, but what really stood out is the level of customer service. It's rare these days to find retail staff who go above and beyond, and these two certainly did (even humoring me as I reminisced about my own time working in retail). As a funny side note, I even got the chance to chase after a customer and his dog after he accidentally left a dog bone behind at the counter. Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough to return it--maybe he'll return for his purchase!
