I was treated poorly from the moment I walked in. The staff and dentist showed absolutely no compassion, even though I was clearly in distress. I was fitted with a retainer that doesn't fit correctly and has actually scrunched my teeth together. When I came to pick it up, I was in the office for less than five minutes. They handed me the retainer and sent me to a bathroom to put it in myself. No one checked the fit, no one explained how to care for it, and no one gave any guidance on long‑term use. I was handed a case and dismissed. Every visit I had there, the staff and dentist were extremely rude and dismissive. I left feeling worse each time. Now I have to find a new dentist to fix the damage, and I'm terrified of going through another traumatic experience because of how I was treated here. I would not recommend Modern Day Dental to anyone seeking compassionate or competent care.

There are tvs above each chair for distraction. The staff are all extremely friendly, which was one of the first things that attracted me. The kindness even when scheduling eased a lot of my PTSD.
