They don't provide any warranty for the jobs they do. After the payment is received, they are not responsible for any repairs. If you want to work with them, you should hire an independent handyman to inspect their work before writing the check.

Unfinished Work, Poor Craftsmanship, and a False Lien Threat…read more I hired Ybarra Professional Builders to complete work in my home, including renovating the upstairs bathroom. While the project was technically completed, the quality was completely unacceptable. The bathroom sink leaks, and the grout in both the shower and floor is already coming up. I brought in licensed professionals to inspect the issues, and they confirmed the floor was improperly installed and the sink was not installed correctly either. Despite these clear defects, the company has refused to return and fix the problems. To make matters worse, I just received a Notice of Intent to File a Mechanic's Lien claiming I owe them $16,016.00--which is outrageous and completely false. They included charges for services they never performed, such as: Cabinet resurfacing (they did nothing to my kitchen cabinets) Interior painting (they partially painted my living room, which I already paid for--and even that was incomplete) I've kept all of my receipts and documented what was paid. I paid for the bathroom remodel, but it was done poorly and without accountability. There is absolutely no way they did $16,000 worth of work in my home. This feels like a scare tactic to get paid for work they didn't do or didn't do correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their work, and now I'm dealing with legal threats for charges that are clearly inflated and inaccurate. If you're considering using them--think twice and document everything. This experience has been stressful, costly, and incredibly disappointing.

I was approached by Ethan who was charismatic, personable and seemed to care about the project I was interested in. I wanted pavers on my driveway and a new concrete patio. Everything seemed to go well, perhaps taking a little longer than expected (but that was ok). The trouble started when the work was done. The ground settled and a tiny crack formed in the concrete. I contacted them in April to discuss the crack and puddling on the paver driveway. We got no response until May. Ethan finally said he would send someone to look at it. They came and within a couple of weeks two workers were here to fix the problems. Unfortunately, they made a bigger mess and eye sore than the original damage. I texted Ethan again with pictures of the "corrected" work and has since not heard from him or any representative from the Ybarra Professionals. I am very frustrated and disappointed that this happened. The only reason I am writing a public review is with the hope that Ybarra Professionals respond to my many calls and text messages.

Where to begin? Finding a contractor to work on your home can be a scary process. Are they insured?…read moreWill they complete the job? Are they trying to overcharge you? You could take your chances with a random Google listing, or you could call Buford General Contractors and get real professionals. Our job was a complex one. Our house is 40 years old and was suffering considerable wood rot on the deck that had spread into the side of the house. This caused not only a rickety, rotting deck, but water leaks in the house where the wood had rotted through. Not good! What started as a simple deck resurfacing turned into a complex job involving rebuilding the deck stairs, ripping out the old rotten wooden deck surface, replacing it with more durable surfacing that was resistant to rot, and this is the most hairy part.....finding the source of those water leaks and stopping them. One great thing about Buford is that they have great relationships with local subcontractors. If something is not their specialty, they have a Rolodex of numbers they can call for vetted, quality contractors to assist. This job required many specialties, and they coordinated with specialists to give us a great job done the first time. When big storms came after the job and there was still some leaking, they had a man onsite that day who quickly identified the source of an additional leak coming from rotted trim boards above the deck. This was very good and totally not their fault, as the trim boards above the deck were not part of the deck resurfacing, stair rebuilding and wood rot remediation of the deck itself. The price for this additional work was more than fair and it was done quickly and professionally. Seriously, if you live around Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville or HEB, call them. They were always prompt, professional and reasonable. Not too expensive and not too cheap. You get what you pay for, after all.

Ready Roofing(RR) is a front for criminals, fronting as roofers. One of their employees is Mason…read moreForeman. Foreman did a presentation on a laptop, intentionally skipping pertinent information and documents. Foreman then fraudulently, superimposed my signature on a document(lien) I did not sign and never knew existed. RR took months to complete my roof due to their excuses and delays. Afterwards, RR left packs of shingles in front of my garage for two months, they were supposed to be removed in a few days. There were two separate times, I did not hear from RR for over 30 days. RR always has an excuse for their over promising and under producing! I would love to include pictures of my new garage door and the interior leak RR was supposed to fix, but after six months of lies, delays, and fraud, I informed RR that due to their breach of contract, I was severing business ties with them. Foreman stated that, this is my fault, and that I have to use RR to complete the project. Ready Roofings lies, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent behavior are not my fault! While I already knew this, I do not have to, and I am not using RR to complete the project. RR has stated they are filing a lien(with a fraudulent superimposed signature) on my house, as well as, theft of services charges. I'm looking forward to my day in court! EXAMPLE OF READY ROOFING'S UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: I own a two story home. An internal leak started upstairs. RR sent contractors to repair the leak downstairs. I stated to the contractor, When it rains, due to gravity, the leak from upstairs is going to travel downwards and ruin this repair, why are you not upstairs, where the leak originated? An argument ensued and I had to literally tell the contractor to get out of house, twice. The contractor did $300.00 worth of damage to the Scribe Molding in my kitchen, which I have not been compensated for. I contacted Foreman and his response was, you will have to file another claim. No, I will not file another claim. I will use a reputable company moving forward. I have several other documented examples of Foreman and Ready Roofings lies, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent behavior! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH READY ROOFING AGAIN! I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH READY ROOFING, UNLESS YOU WANT LIES, EXCUSES, DELAYS, AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR!

Ready Roofing did an amazing job, finding and repairing unknown structural problems, replacing the peaked roof, the flat roof, and taking down the solar and then reattaching it.
