I have been a customer there for years and never had an issue until this week. I was emailed a coupon directly from Len Stoler Lexus for new wiper blades. After waiting for about 45 minutes; Matthew called me and asked me what I needed. When I shared with him that I needed new wiper inserts and I had a coupon. He said we don't have a coupon like that let me see it. I shared with him it came directly from Len Stoler; I have previously received coupons from Len stoler both in the mail and by email. Even once I should him the coupon he immediately said I don't think you can use this coupon. He was adamant that the coupon was not in there system. Then he went and looked at my truck and said we can't honor your coupon because these aren't Lexus blades. Once I got home my Mother said you should have spoke up about how you were treated. I thought about it and I Should have immediately asked for his manager. The way he questioned me about the coupon was demeaning. So I called and left a voicemail for a manager but no one called me back. Called again and the manager never picked up my call. My previous service advisor "Dave" who passed away was so kind and honest and respectful. Steve my new service advisor was booked that day, and he is a sweetheart. Steve wanted to help me but couldn't. I will never deal with Matthew again, I don't trust him. I can't help but wonder did he treat me that way because I am an African American woman. Matthew told me it would be $300 plus dollars. I ended up having to go to Autozone, where I was treated so kind and a young man that worked there changed my wiper inserts for free. It took him less than 10 minutes.

I had a very concerning service experience with Len Stoler Hyundai involving tire rotations and…read morewheel safety inspections on my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. After discovering a rusted lug nut on my right rear wheel in October 2025, I reviewed previously recorded footage of my vehicle. The footage metadata showed that after a December 2024 service visit at Len Stoler Hyundai (oil change and tire rotation), my right rear wheel later appeared to be missing two lug nuts, including the factory wheel lock. Additional footage from March 2025 still appeared to show the same missing hardware. However, during another service visit on March 31, 2025, Len Stoler Hyundai performed another oil change, tire rotation, and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI). The official inspection report marked the wheel/tire condition as "Pass/Green" with no mention of missing wheel hardware. Later, two other Hyundai-authorized dealerships documented damaged or missing lug hardware and noted potential wheel safety concerns. One dealership invoice specifically stated that the lug nuts had "failed previous dealership inspections." I attempted to contact Len Stoler multiple times through their website but never received a response. I later escalated the issue through customer service channels, but I was never given a clear explanation regarding: * How the vehicle passed inspection with missing wheel hardware * How a rusted non-OEM lug nut later appeared on a nearly new 2024 vehicle * Why no inspection photos, torque records, or service videos were available I am sharing my experience so other customers can carefully inspect their wheels and lug nuts after tire service or rotations.

They were mad because I told them to do what Endurance asked they told me they did the whole time playing games between both of us. P06DD is a sensor light for the oil pump. I never had any driving issues just one light. After leaving them I have been having all sorts of issues mind you I keep my maintenance up and it's a one owner car. The manager George was the worst . He told me to pick my car up they couldn't prove the problem but it cost $7200 to fix the car. Come to find out they did something to my electrical fuse box and the EVAP system . At my 30k mile maintenance appointment I took my Highlander in for service to the Koon's Toyota of…read moreWestminster, MD. I found an oil buildup along the transfer case and transmission. Koon's had it for about a half hour and told me I had spilled motor oil there was no leak and assured me they had cleaned all of the buildup off of my vehicle. Let me say, both the engine oil pan and engine oil fill are on the passenger side of the vehicle. The transfer case and transmission are in the drivers side middle. I immediately drove it home and checked. They actually did nothing. I ended up cleaning it all myself. At my 60k mile appointment the same buildup was back. This time I called Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills. Before I got home, the Heritage technician had sent me a VIDEO of underneath my vehicle detailing everything he'd found INCLUDING a faulty gasket between the transfer case and my transmission. Thank you Heritage Toyota! Thank you Koon's of Westminster for doing absolutely nothing and letting me drive an extra 30k miles with a leaky transfer case.

That dealership determined that the work that Heritage Owings Mills was supposed to do and received payment for had not been done.

We needed the vehicle because reducing down to (1) less vehicle did put a strain on managing (5) different schedules daily. Third, Jesse and the mechanical team ran a gamete of test on my engine (which was were the problem was coming from) until they found the exact reason(s). They also were determined to get results from my warranty company which I just paid $6K. for In November 2025.(Please Note I did NOT purchase the vehicle at this site) Just to run into major problems with this vehicle. I appreciated all of their hard work and dedication to ensure my vehicle would return to optimal performance. Ultimately, the safety of myself and my children were paramount in requesting for the work to be done by this team and they understood the assignment. When I confronted the finance manager she took no responsibility for the misinformation. BEWARE of their sales tactics. At least 2 voice mails and 1 email were UNANSWERED by the GM.
