This dealership does not have good customer service. It has been declining for past year and a half. The service employees are very slow in returning calls and giving you updates on your vehicle status. My vehicle was in their hands for 48 hours and I was not given a loaner vehicle. I have been without a vehicle for 2 days, which prevented me from going to work and running errands for my family. The manager of the service department did not return my calls or emails, but referred me back to the service employee who I had issues with. This was one of the worst car buying experiences of my life! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERITAGE CADILLAC. I bought a 2006 Cadillac CTS for my daughter after driving it no less than five times to makes sure it was the right car, no engine lights, no obvious issues. I was assured by my sales person Tom Gurshaw that this was the best car for the price, and that I would be so happy I got this one for my daughter. That was in June, this is October and the car has been TOWED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP SIX TIMES!!!!! First, it was something small, quick fix- then it was the battery= 180.00 later...ok. Next tow 300.00; next tow 200.00; next tow 280...you get the picture!!! NOW TOW NUMBER SIX (mind you, it's 150.00 every time my car is towed so I am well over 700.00 in tows alone). MARK the USED CAR MANAGER pretended to be concerned and did nothing to make it right! Just kept giving me the used car pitch about how much they care but could do nothing and eventually stopped returning my calls altogether. NOW THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY CAR AND I AM UBERIUNG SEEING AS HOW WE HAVE NO CAR even though we just BOUGHT one 4 months ago!!! DO THEY CARE??? OH, they cared plenty when they wanted my money- now it's basically, GO F YOURSELF!!!! There's NOTHING we CAN or WILL do! Sorry...click!!! To make a LONG story short. DO NOT accept a check for your trade-in without ensuring the finance department has contacted your finance department to ensure the check covers all costs for you returning/surrendering the vehicle yourself. I have always traded in cars when wanting a new vehicle and this was the first time I was told they would cut me a check to return the vehicle myself. Once agreement is made and you trust they are giving you accurate information, they will not assist you will additional fees associated with an early return. Do not trust their process. Do your homework first. The response was if they knew there were extra fees, they would have included it in the contract. My response was how would I know there were extra fees when I am not a dealership. Again, Heritage should have researched this prior to offering the deal, so the consumer would be able to make an informed decision. read more

Friend called dealership thursday 3.31.17 re: a car purchase..was asked for my number so the owner Sabrina Crawford could call me..I was called..asked permission to give # out and gave permission...NO CALL..Started calling next day at 9am...called 10 times..NA..so I went to Hennessey Cadillac in Gwinnett..i simultaneously did a live chat with Heritage..was very clear. Detailed..succinct..and professional..reiterated all FACTS. .DETAILS..REQUESTS..get a call back from someone else after specifically requesting Sabrina/co-owner to call me as was discussed the nite prior. I get 5 calls and they hung up..then I call back..find out there r 2 Sabrina's which no one told me. Finally Sabrina Crawford calls telling me she us returning MY CALL. THEY ARE IGNORANT..UNPROFESSIONAL..POORLY TRAINED-and it's quite obvious not monitored nor followed up with. CADILLAC has been forward this review..they don't need to be in business. I went to the service department because the buttons that control the air, heat, defrost, radio phone and navigation did not work. When I called I was told that a diagnostic test was 119.00 but when I got there I was told by a service specialist that I would have to pay 119.00 dollars for a diagnosis of each thing I complained I had a problem with. It really should be a crime of theft to try to cheat someone out of that much money. Everything I complained about is on one system the control panel and he wanted to charge me 119.00 dollars to do a diagnotic for each button on one control panel that did not work. Shameful he should have to walk butt naked through a crowd and be stoned shame shame shame like the wicked incestuous queen on the Game of Thrones. This review is about the service and experience I had with the Heritage Cadillac and Mitsubishi dealership in November 2015. I will absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone after this uncalled for experience. The dealership worked on my Mitsubishi Endeavor a couple of times in 2015 and the last time in November they failed to inform me that one of their employees backed in to my car while it was on their property just a few days before I picked it up. I had actually talked to the dealership during the days before I picked it up and nobody mentioned this incident. As with any type of accident, as soon as it happens the owner should be notified. I was not at all notified by anybody I had talked to! Several days after I did talk with the Service Manager Jeff Burns and he told me he knew about the accident. Well then why didn't you call me when it happened or have your service gals tell me!! They didn't even know about this when I pointed it out (story comes next). Instead I did not notice it until I got out of my car during a stop before getting home and saw damage that was definitely not mine...crack and scratches all along the drivers side passenger door to back bumper. I immediately called the dealership and said I think somebody hit my car while it was in the shop. They didn't know anything about it asked for me to take a picture and send it. I said no I'm coming back right now to show you. The service lady I was dealing with agreed somebody had hit it after she looked at my car and then had to go ask around to see how this happened. Turns out one of the guys that worked on my car did back into it while it was parked but only put his phone# and copy of his insurance card in my glove compartment. No apology note and no explanation on the piece of paper. He came and told me "oh yeah it's in your glove compartment" How on earth was I supposed to know to look there and to know what he did! He wanted to handle it via independently with his insurance and not the dealership. I said okay and I filed the claim that day. What I find shocking is the dealership acted like this was okay and not a big deal. The manager didn't even come apologize when I was there. It was as if this was just brushed off and happens all the time. However when I brought back one of the loaners weeks prior (while it took weeks to have my Mitsubishi worked on) they made a big deal out of an inch scratch on one of the tire rims for a loaner that I brought back before the max miles were met (being a nice customer). They then found it necessary to charge me for the scratch. I am a very honest person and told them I have no idea when and how it happened based on the tire it was on, but I nicely paid the fee. I had a different loaner prior to that one and no damage and I take the same routes each and everyday. But like I said, I paid it and didn't fight it. They then sold the car (made money of course) after it was fixed. I can guarantee the damage that was on my car was more than fixing the tiny scratch on a wheel rim when that is a very common scratch. I wrote a letter to the dealership on 12/8/15 (way longer than this post with all my service history with them) and how I think it is only appropriate that they refund me the $200 that I paid towards the loaner's tire scratch. The employee gets to continue to work and act like this wasn't a big deal. Since the dealership didn't report it what's to stop him from thinking they couldn't hide such an incident again. I can almost bet if my car was a fancy new car they would have taken care of it immediately and called me. However, my car was about 11 years old and I was already thinking about selling it, so this employee lucked out but doesn't have to take any consequences for what he did. Again, this is why I at least deserve the $200 back. The dealership has not responded to my minor request. They lost my future business. I want to make sure anybody that thinks about going to this dealership and service shop takes this into consideration. I went here because looking at reviews they were good. But after going through this unethical, frustrating, and bad customer experience I do not want anybody else to go through this. The nice breakfast and giving loaners is nice, but this experience trumps all of that. Don't let that coverup how they truly treat their customers' property. A person's car should be put first and much more than a loaner. I felt like my car was not treated as it should have been and that the dealership was trying to hide an accident thinking I wouldn't notice in time. Who knows, if I hadn't notice it I bet they would have tried to deny it down the road. That's my honest opinion about this dealership. Only because I have to give a star rating did I choose 1 star but should have given not a one. A used truck was purchased by my family member that was not mechanically operable after driving off the lot. Granted, the dealership did take the truck back and found another vehicle to put my family member in. A few days after the purchase, the finance company contacted him to verify information pertaining to the vehicle. Some information that was provided to the finance company about the vehicle was incorrect. The vehicle was being financed with options such as a sunroof that was not a part of the vehicle. The same inquiry came up with the first vehicle about a sunroof that the truck didn't have. By this time, an uneasy feeling came about the purchase of the vehicle. We felt like some shady business was taking place. The finance company was informed that no the vehicle does not have what Heritage stated the vehicle came with. When presented with this information, Tammy (saleswoman) tell my family member to "just tell the finance company it does have a sunroof, that's the only way we can get you financed for the vehicle". So now Heritage Cadillac wants him to go along with the lie and tell the finance company a lie. Once my family member tells them he's not going to do that, they began to try to cover their tracks and say "it was an accident, a button was mistakenly hit, people do make mistakes, it's no big deal." So now it was a mistake but what about Tammy telling him to say there is a sunroof. After several unsuccessful conversations about at this moment my family member does not want to conduct business with this company anymore because of the fraudulent and immoral requests from them, they refuse to refund him his down payment. The finance company still refuses to finance the vehicle and my cousin has told them he doesn't want the vehicle because he feels he's paying too much for the vehicle based off the options that were not with the vehicle but was told the vehicle had. Steve( mgr at the time ) was very rude and condescending to me and used profanity when speaking to me. I was not once disrespectful or used foul language when speaking to these people. I simply asked for clarity on how we can obtain his down payment minus the mileage and daily use amount. Mind you, we were told by Katie the car could be brought back and the amount of the return would be determined once the mileage and days in use were determined. We drove over 100 miles to bring back the car only to be told "you purchased a car brother, get out my office, have a nice day" by Steve(n). Wait, what??? We were told the car could be brought back. Please don't waste our time like this and insult our intelligence in the process. The customer service is below sub par. He was defensive from the time we stepped foot in his office and Katie laughed at the situation and I had to speak to her about it not being a laughing matter. We deal honestly and expect the same. Don't play with people's time and money... doesn't end up good for some people and businesses. STAY AWAY, TAKE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND SENSE OF PEACE SOME PLACE ELSE BECAUSE THIS AIN'T WHERE YOU WANT TO BE AND DEFINITELY WHO YOU DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY. read more

I brought a 2003 Cadillac when they first came out. The only thing nice about this car is the way it looks. At 70,000 miles it needed a new engine, at 84,000 miles the rear floor was soaked with water so i had to have the electrical system replaced. Every time it rained hard my back floor would soak, and when you open the drivers door and peel back the molding at the bottom of the door water would gush out. Now i have had plenty of old cars over 100,000 miles and have never, never had problems like this. I took very good care of this car, so why it needed a new engine was really a shock to me. Headlight covers needed to be replaced after a year. Windshield wiper needed a new motor, everytime I washed the car water would pool inside the back brake lights. I could writer a book on this car that costs 40,000.00. And had less than 100,000 miles on it. I would never buy another Cadillac, never, never. And when they did work on the car there were things that was wrong that was working when i dropped it off that wasn't working when i picked it up. Heritage Cadillac in morrow or any other Cadillac is not worth buying unless you have money to throw away. I don't have it like that. I still have the car and have no choice but to buy another one. But you will bet it wont be a Cadillac. read more

Always, always, always get a voice mail each time I call to schedule service. I have waited up to 3 days for a return phone call. I set my service online and waited for them to call or email me to confirm, when they didn't, I called them and was told it doesn't always come through. Also I get quite a few coupons through Mitsubishi, but they won't let you use more than one coupon at a time, and I am a caregiver and just do not have time to sit a couple hours waiting for different services. And one time with an appointment I had to sit & wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. Bad customer service there! read more

The Salesman was nasty displayed a prejudice attitude. this was the third time I visited this dealership within five months. Sarah had a nasty attitude. I purchased two Cadillac's from another dealership, The Cadillac ATS and the XTS that I purchase is fully equipped, I got it for the same price Sarah was trying to sell me one with less options and with a down payment. I did not put any money down with the two I purchase from another dealer. I felt pressured when I visited this dealership. The salesman made a derogatory remark about me to Sarah and I overheard it and I spoke with Sarah about it, This is not a place that "I will ever visit again" not for service on our vehicles or anything. I need my cancel check back. Sarah refuse to give it back , I will consult with my lawyer. When I came back to speak with her she refuse to talk with me. It is my right if I do not want to buy a car from this dealership. Very unprofessional. I tried calling to speak with the owner but could never speak with anyone. I believe the call was kept away from this person. In 2013 I traded my maxima for a 2011 Cadillac CTS coupe. Loved the car, the dealership/service department were great. I was rear ended by a semi truck last June in my Cadillac causing me to be out of work. I am having neck surgery Sept. 13 as a result of that accident. Being out of work I had no income and to stay afloat I maxed out credit cards. It was late march I received a phone call from a gentleman on behalf of Mark Roselle advertising for my trade in. I would receive up to 125 percent above KBB for my current car and get a no obligation $100.00 gift card for coming in. I thought this was a God-send as that car started to sound different than what I was use to. I could not afford repairs and needed a dependable car for my Physical Therapy, doctor's appointments etc. I called and spoke with Joni. I explained my current situation to her. No money down, same car payment, warranty, and low mileage or possibly lease. Being I had a coupe I was interested in a SUV or sedan. Joni made appt and said I would get a no obligation $100.00 gift card. I asked for Joni but she was off so Sabrina Epps started the process. I did NOT ask for Kidon because I had a concern about my cadillac a few months earlier, he brushed me off. Sabrina had me go to VIP table to register then went thru preliminary questions. I told her I had NO paystubs, I just applied for Long Term Disability and the only form I have is my lost wage form from my employer. She and I both had an understanding and she also informed me it may not be a good time to buy and to wait a few months to a year. I agreed and also said I did not have a problem doing that because I at least would leave with my 100.00 gift card. She left the office and came back telling me I was approved because of my good credit. She then left the office and came back again with Kidon. The office then turned extremely tense to the point I asked what was going on. Kidon said they would work together to assist me in buying the car. I looked at Sabrina and she nodded. I could see she was very upset but I trusted everything was going to work out. After that ordeal Kidon and I went outside to find a car. I told him several times I was not pressed to buy. As the time was getting close to 12 I started to get impatient especially with my neck and lower back hurting from walking and sitting. I test drove the SUV which was nice but could not afford it b/c I was told I had to come out of pocket and that was something I was not willing to do. Giving up I was walking toward the showroom and saw a bmw sitting in the shade outside of showroom and it looked really nice. Kidon and I walked around the car, Kidon stated it had never been in an accident and will show me the carfax. He also stated it had low mileage and factory warranty. Those were 2 things I was looking for. He went in and grabbed the keys. I said I needed to hurry because I had my Physcial Therapy appt. at 1230. After the test drive he allowed me to drive it to my therapy. I thought he was giving me special permission and felt he was making up for being unprofessional that time I came in to ask him about my Cadillac. During one of our test drives I brought up what happened which was the reason I did not request him to be my dealer. By the time I returned to the dealership it was hours later. The traffic was horrific because this was the day after the bridge on 85 collapsed. I was on the road longer than anticipated so my legs, neck and shoulders were aching with shooting pain. My doctor had to reschedule me because it was nearly impossible to get to the facility in time. The traffic in the city to get back out the city was a reroute after reroute. The one good thing I noticed was the gas mileage with the BMW so I thought that was cool. However I had not had any food and wanted to go home. When I returned I did not expect to sit for another hour longer or experience disrespectful behavior toward Sabrina Epps. That entire situation confuses me to this day. Finally, in the office signing papers and with the day I had I basically leaned on the understanding of I did not come out of pocket and there were no negotiations back and forth it was the payment I asked for plus $23.00 extra for GAP insurance. Everything else I signed were formalities. Since I had done business with Heritage in the past the fact they would take advantage of me did NOT cross my mind. Well they did-Car Misrepresented, False Advertisement, Fraudulent Loan APP, Denied 4 times NEVER informed, Counter offer given by one bank but never informed. I asked for full explanation of documents or buy car back. Ms. Crawford declined after she was informed I had NOT retained a lawyer. EH Automotive Group's Mission statement & Core Values speaks on integrity, honesty, accountability and respect. None of which they displayed except Sabrina Epps. They lied and don't care about how they negatively affect me. I trusted them to guide me accordingly and they failed. read more

I formerly enjoyed Heritage Cadillac in Morrow for almost 10 years until I encountered the service agent- Sonny. Less than a year ago, I traded my old Escalade in for a newer model and was sold on all of the bells and whistles. However, I had the vehicle lock up on me while driving. I called the service department because I wanted the vehicle towed to the location I had bought it being it was new. Upon speaking with Sonny, he was very RUDE by cutting me off when I was speaking, over talking me, and basically dismissing all of my concerns. It is a shame that Cadillac would let an employee have such poor customer service, and tarnish the positive reputation of the brand. read more

I took my saab to Heritage for a few years. A few weeks before my warranty ended I took it to another dealership and there was $5000 dollars worth of work that was needed. Recently I took it to another service station and when they looked at all my records they also came to the professional conclusion that Heritage did no work and just charged up my warranty. I trusted my car in their care and now worry what their negligence will cost me in the future. Worst dealership and certainly not worthy of the name Cadillac! Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. Elected to have the AC evaporator serviced also. Everything was working when I gave it to them but not when they gave it back to me. The AC air control panel is malfunctioning and the driver and passenger side LED screen were blank. Sonny the service advisor had the audacity to say the problem was normal and that the display control board can got out anytime. That if it was working when I dropped it off then its one of those unfortunate things that happened to happen when it was being serviced. However, they are not responsible. The co-owner, Sabrina Callahan, finally came after the service and sales manager said no owner or GM was there because the Receptionist called her downstairs. She basically said they do a 120 point inspection and notify the customer of additional issues found so they will have the option to have those things repaired. Nobody asked me anything...and I was told about the issue after I had paid for the service by Sonny the Service advisor who said..b the way the Tech noticed the fan ad ac controls were malfunctioning when he was turning the AC on and attempting to adjust the fan speed! Then later he stated on 4 separate occurrences that they NEVER touched or worked on the control buttons for the AC or fan. He NEVER mentioned ANY issue during the 2 hours that I sat there waiting of anything being wrong with my car or any control buttons. He didn't even give nor offer me a estimate or note anything in the 120 point so called inspection...everything was checked on the sheet EXCEPT for the AC section! I guess this was so they could say they didn't inspect it! Reading the reviews below I would have never taken my car there! Cadillac and every other party possible will be notified and hopefully someone will do something about this dealership...Definitely not the Heritage Cadillac of old! read more
