What rubbed me the wrong way was that one kid ordered a small blueberry cheesecake, which they took one bite of and didn't like at all. It tasted weird and stale to them. I immediately came back in and asked if they could get pick a different flavor (a small is literally one scoop) and they said we'd need to pay for it. I didn't have enough cash on hand to buy another small (because of the tip I'd given them) so we passed. I assumed the policy would be different than that but I guess not. I'd say if you have adventurous tastes, either ask for a sample ahead of time or don't stray too far from your regular choices if you come here.
