The cost was not bad for the whole family, and kids under 2 are free. There were several various vendors, ice cream truck, taco food truck, and grilled food for sale. Parking was good and easy. We even had to adapt because one décor project was struggling, she found a different way to make it work. She helped with every detail and was so caring during the event, most people thought she was a relative. There were a couple of potential snafus that could have happened (not her fault at all, it was something to do with the building) and she said, "don't worry, I got this." And she did. Food was ordered and scheduled to be delivered. 2 hours prior to the event, Funflicks cancelled because their staff was sick. This was very unfortunate. The community was stranded with no entertainment and an abundance of food that was paid for and couldn't be refunded. I understand that there are certain circumstances that our out of peoples control. However, notifying the party 2 hours prior to the event is unacceptable. Second, Funflicks should've done the ethical thing and refunded for the event. They refuse to do so. They will only allow a rescheduling.
