They include many things in their price that other builders nickel and dime you for afterwards... The standard selections are very nice and upgrades are reasonable. Joe was terrific in helping us with our lot purchase, base model selection and even a temporary rental through the construction process. Robbie was just incredible with helping us custom deign our new home on our lot and their process to price in all of the HOA requirements for the communities they build in made everything easy right down to including the correct mailbox and installing it. Nichole and the front office crew were outstanding and very helpful and organized and just a pleasure to work with on our paperwork and options selections. Rocky and Art really did a great job keeping the construction on schedule and making sure everything was built as planned.

A salesman was with a client so after waiting 3-4 minutes we walked through the model home ourselves and afterwards we continued to wait to speak with someone. The salesman finished with his client and was now on his cell, walked passed us and entered his office. He never acknowledged us. We waited a few minutes and then my husband walked into the office while the salesman was on the phone and signaled us "one moment" with his index finger. After he finished his phone call he never came out to assist us. After several more minutes we left after never being acknowledged. We wasted 30 minutes of our time. We highly recommend Toscana.

The spackle needed 1-2 coats at best (and wasn't even sanded) and he just left it like that, missed waaaay more spots than any pro ever would on his paint work and his finish carpentry is just plain unforgivable, just see the photos... I think he just saw an opportunity and took full advantage of my sister who hired him, so sad to see. I would not consider this handyman in my opinion for anything.

Encompass Enclosures was hired by me in May of 2021 to extend the lanai on my residence at 30…read moreAuberry Dr, Palm Coast, Fl After only 17 months, I noticed two cracks in the cement floor which run the length of the concrete that was laid down by Encompass Enclosure subcontractor. I notified Jeff Knapp of the situation a month ago. He asked me to send photos, which I did and have not heard back from him at all. From the very beginning of this project Jeff has shown an unprofessional attitude toward my project. He thought it was not necessary to come and view the site where the lanai was to be extended. This decision cost the project 3 weeks when the equipment arrived months later and found they could not get to the site because the equipment was too big and the access too small. He gave me a completion date of October. At the end of December the project was completed. One week before I returned with my family. He did not even meet the time frame. After the job was completed and we had the first big rain, my new lanai flooded because there were no weep holes. When I called him to come over, he tried to say it was my fault because I had the floor painted. He tried to say he would not take responsibility if he drilled the weep holes. Now the concrete slab is cracked after only 17 months and he is showing the same indifference that he always shows. He had an attitude when I asked for the garbage left by his workers be removed. There were boards with nails sticking out. It took days before someone came. I paid $9,000 for this job which may be chump change to Jeff but I am a widow and this project was so that my family could come and enjoy their visits. I asked Jeff Knapp to give me the name of the construction company and I would deal with them directly but he has ignored my request. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will also contact the Chamber of Commerce and will post a complaint on every site I can find. Dealing with this company is the worst. Every time I hear him on the radio I turn him off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
