I hate being dragged around the shops while my wife browses. Seriously, I effing hate shopping without a point. It drives me crazy. But this place, I can always find something that I reckon is kinda cool. Whether or not it's a particularly clever bottle opener or some sort of knife, or whatever it is that I haven't seen before, I'm sucked in and want to play with it. It's almost like a cool kitchen inventions store. Service is pretty typical retail homewares store, and I've got no complaints. Worth a look if you're shopping for the next Masterchef winner's birthday.

It not only has everything you'd expect in such a store, but it also has a good variety of gadgets that you never would have thought of. Things like tiny 5cm graters, drink whisks, and funky measuring sets to name a few. The staff are pretty helpful if you are looking for something in particular.

I had to chase them down after 3 weeks to be told they will call us in a week or so. Finally go and pick them up only to find out when we got home that they are the wrong sizes. Called and emailed to try and sort it out to which I'm told that they can fix them but I will have to bring benchtops all the way back to them and pick them up again once they are done. Even had the nerve to blame not just me but the other company involved also. Placing blame on everyone other then themselves. Do not use this company unless you have money and time to fix their mistakes.

She just looked up & nodded as though I was some kInd of nuisance. When I asked her to show me the table where the curtain material was kept she just pointed, refusing to budge from behind the counter The younger staff members seem to be more helpful but there are many individuals at this store who need retraining as they seem to lack even the most basic customer service skills.

As far as showrooms go, this isn't a bad one. It has a huge variety of kitchen and bathroom…read morefittings and appliances. The majority of the stock is fairly modern but they do have a wide selection with different colours and a few more unique styles. The staff here are very helpful but will welcome you the instant you walk through the door - so be prepared! They can be a little pushy in here but they are quite friendly and lighthearted so it isn't that annoying. The shop also has an ebay store, which is totally awesome, as you can check to see what they have before you head down there. The items do vary between the store and ebay but mostly they will have something similar or can sell it straight to you from ebay. The store is clean, the range is huge and the staff are friendly. So it is pretty similar to your average showroom. What makes this place different for me is the ebay store. Gotta love online shopping.
