I would NEVER purchase from this company again. I have never received such BAD SERVICE!…read more I had my plumber at the house ready to go and so I took a four hour round trip to go and pick up my bath to install it, only to find that they had applied the wrong colour to the outside. They then took over 6 weeks to correct the mistake. I then asked them to organise and pay for delivery to compensate for their mistake and my time taken to come and pick up the bath initially. They flat out refused. They charged my an additional $150 to courier the bath and $100 to wrap it in some plastic! When I spoke to the manager about it, I kept calm and didn't raise my voice or abuse him I just told him how terrible their customer service was that they were not willing to compensate me for their mistake. He was so rude and and he ended the conversation by hanging up on me! I was so gobsmacked and so angry, I've never had customer service from any business treat me with such disrespect. I will never order from them again.
