Never encountered a attitude or issue in regards to them being done. Have no idea what the issue this man from California has but he needs to grow up and get a life for posting something so rude and inconsiderate of the owners loss. When in fact the family that passed away was her husband of 28 years, I commend her for having the courage and strength to pick up the pieces and move forward, when she easily could have washed her hands and walked away from it. They insisted on taking my my money up front when I dropped them off, before they did the work, then shut down the business for over a week due a death in their family. For over a week, the sign on the door said "Open Tomorrow." When the store finally re-opened, I expressed my condolences, and they said they need a week to catch up. Then another week. I finally told them not to repair the shoes, to just ship them to me as I was no longer in Tupelo. They said they would FedEx them to me. I waited a week, still no shoes. When I called, they told me they repaired the shoes and still had them. They told me they would FedEx them out to me the next day. Another week went by, still no shoes. I called the following week to get the FedEx tracking number, was told each time they were too busy, to call back. I did call back, 5 times over 3 days. Each time, the same excuse: they were too busy to give me the tracking number. Finally, I said I would not hang up until they gave me the tracking number. The fellow hung up on me. The next day, the owner called and said she had the repaired shoes and would not send them to me unless I gave her my credit card number again and paid for the shipping. When I told her that it had been 5 weeks since I was promised next day service, she told me there had been a death in her family Again, I expressed my condolences, but I wouldn't pay for the shipping as I told them I wanted to cancel the order 3 weeks earlier. She yelled that she didn't want my condolences, called me "ugly" and said she was donating the shoes to charity, and hung up on me.

First, there was only one employee working on a Saturday when there were multiple customers…read morewaiting. I had brought two dresses to be hemmed and altered as advertised online as a service provided. The employee stated that they could complete that service. After having the dresses pinned (which the employee did not seem comfortable doing), I was given an estimate of $100 for both dresses. Upon returning to pick up my dresses, the charge was $165 (much higher than estimated). Upon trying one of my dresses on, the shoulder straps that were pinned in order to be taken up still had the pins attached to the dress (the straps had NOT been altered). Both of my dresses were also hemmed unevenly. After calling the store and stating my problems, the store did not apologize and stated they did what was requested. In an attempt at an apology they offered me a coupon to use at a later date (which will not be used since I will NOT be returning).
