They used inferior parts which caused my phone's screen to become useless. I don't live in the Northport area so when I finally had a chance to go back and asked them to look at it they claimed it was a graphics card issue on the motherboard and that there was nothing they could do. I took it to Tuscaloosa Wireless and they replaced the screen. Now it's as good as new. I understand that mistakes happen, sometimes you get a bad part, but when you point blank lie to me you've lost all credibility. I hope everyone in the area sees this and the other reviews I'll be making and that they go to Tuscaloosa Wireless instead, or really just anyone other than Sam Tech
