Both of them were done by Mandy, who I believe is the manager, and she rushed through them so much that they were uneven. My husband was unhappy with the fade in his hair and the next morning I had to even it out for him. Today, she zipped through my older son's haircut - my younger son's haircut had started ten minutes before, and Mandy was finished with the older one long before the younger was finished, leaving uneven patches on the sides of his head. I understand the need to get to the next client, but not at the expense of quality. At this point the haircuts are not looking good and we will probably go elsewhere next time.
