The women are the phone are really good at getting back to you and answering questions about future and current appointments Mike was super nice and answered all million questions I had about acidity (I'll miss you, lemonade) and he also very thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Each tooth and he didn't rush it like my old dentist in Texas. He cleaned around my permanent retainer bottom wire thing better than anyone Ive had do it. (It's such a nice feeling!) The main dentist was really kind in understanding my fear of needles when needing fillings and said he'd do all 4 in one day, which i appreciate so much! They were professional from beginning to end and all seemed genuinely concerned and caring about my teeth and gum health. When I move I'll schedule appointments with them when I'm visiting my family in Oklahoma! 10/10 highly recommend here. (They also all wore their masks the entire time I was there, everyone.)

He is not only a great dentist he also knows how to make you feel like an old friend. There was this one time when , wait never mind it's a long story and you probably don't want to hear me go on and on about how funny the story was but trust me I've never laughed as hard as I did that time. Wait a second Dr. Shankle seems to make me laugh every time. I'm not sure but now I'm starting to think he might not be as funny as I through because I always take the laughing gas so maybe he's not the stand up comedian I through he was and it's all the gas. Hell who knows now but it will give me something to ponder as I lay in bed at night feeling happy because I just used my free tooth brush Dr. K. Shankle gave me in my goody bag when I got my teeth cleaned the last time. He gives out freaking free tooth brushes. Who can even do that but a great dentist.

However, Dr. Michael Auld, DDS with Auld Family Dentistry of McAlester, OK has introduced me to a non-surgical therapy of using a custom-fitted oral sleep appliance. The oral appliance works by repositioning the lower jaw forward, keeping airways open to eliminate lapses in breathing. I am using the appliance consistently & it is providing me significant improvement in the sleep apnea symptoms. I am now getting restorative sleep. It is proving to be a beneficial & effective method of treatment. This small, portable and compact device is comfortable to wear. I am thankful for Dr. Michael Auld. He carefully explained everything about the appliance during the initial consultation. He continues to monitor my progress, making adjustments when needed to assure the maximum benefit the device has to offer!

They wouldn't listen to me when I said they didn't fit from day one. They were not made right and they want to say it's because your still healing but, the teeth were too small and didn't line up with my top teeth and sat crooked in my mouth. That has nothing to do with the healing process, they weren't made right but they wouldn't listen and kept trying to grind on them to fix them but made them worse. They said I had to come back and get the rest of my treatment done first and when I didn't come back because I didnt trust them anymore, they charged my insurance for partials that I haven't even received to this day. They care about making money only. It's the worst experience I've had with a dentist my whole life and now I'm stuck with partials that look like crap and can't go somewhere else because they ripped off my insurance company for services I didn't receive and I have to wait 3 years before I can get new partials. They treat soonercare patients like crap but have no problem billing the insurance. I WILL BE LETTING MY INSURANCE COMPANY KNOW! So where are my partials that you charged them for? Did you throw them away? They also refer people to a dentist that has killed a couple people if you need sedation dentistry and don't tell you about him. I found out because I looked him up and discovered it on my own. It's scary. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
