The best dental experience I have ever had! The Okmulgee location took very good care of me! Dr. Lambert and staff front the front desk to the dental assistants were very professional and made my comfort level their first priority! Dr. Lambert explained everything to me and put together a great care plan that I could understand. Great guy! Special shout out to Heidi! She cleaned my teeth so good it brought my smile back from 1995! Love her! You can tell she cares about doing a good job! Thank you Spring Dental Okmulgee, you rock!!! read more

Do not schedule an appointment here. I made an appointment for my son at 9:30am we got there 10mins early just to check in on time, 10:15am rolls around and 2 people who came in way after us got called to the back. My son is 20months old and has a very small attention span. When asking how much longer they said it would be another 10mins. Do not come here if you have appointment. read more

They left me hanging in the middle of major dental work. I am now forced to use an out of town Dentist and pray that this Dentist will pick up in the middle of someone else's work. I am absolutely devastated by what they have done. read more

Going to Spring Dental in Okmulgee was the worst decision I could have made when it came to my dental needs. 1. I had to wait on an appointment because my insurance had to be "recertified" and then 2. They sent me a bill for hundreds of dollars for a CLEANING and EXAM. which is COVERED at no body to me by my insurance annually. Worst company. Be warned. read more

Meet the Manager: Dr. Andrew L.

Dr. Andrew Lambert is a general dentist at the Spring Dental in Okmuglee, Oklahoma. Originally a Nashville native, Dr. Lambert is excited to start his new journey in Oklahoma. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for his undergraduate degree in Microbiology, and then went on to dental school at Roseman College of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, Utah. Dr. Lambert decided to become a dentist after seeing what dental work was able to do for him, and wanting to share the same joy and life changing treatment he was able to receive. He is a member of the American Dental Association.

I was sent here by my employer for a dental check up. I was there at 9 AM on a Monday morning, and…read morethere were literally no other patients in the office. Upon arriving, I noticed that the building appeared to be an old, dilapidated office building that had been converted into a dental office. I hoped that the interior would be more up to date, but was severely disappointed upon walking inside. The interior and much the same look, but maybe with a coat of paint and new carpet that is now several years old. The staff looked surprised when I walked in and were professional but not overly friendly. I filled out the necessary forms and was quickly moved to the back for my exam. The exam room itself was dirty and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. The equipment itself looked old and like it had been purchased at a dental swap meet. I clandestinely snapped a few photos around the exam room then asked to use the restroom before I left. Needless to say, it was also pretty disgusting in there and needed cleaning. Ironically, the dentist reminded me to get my teeth cleaned regularly to prevent gum disease. In hindsight, I should have reminded him to clean his office and exam room regularly to prevent bad yelp reviews. This is literally the dirtiest, most disgusting dental office I have ever seen or heard about. If I visit a used car lot, a construction business, or an auto parts dealer, I expect to see dirt and grime. When I go to a doctors office, a hospital, or a dentist office, I expect an environment that at least goes to the trouble of appearing clean and hygienic. I will say that the dentist himself seemed professional, and friendly, and while I feel a bit torn on writing such a negative review I have to be honest in the hopes that they will read this and clean the place up or at least make others aware of the conditions.

The women are the phone are really good at getting back to you and answering questions about future and current appointments Mike was super nice and answered all million questions I had about acidity (I'll miss you, lemonade) and he also very thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Each tooth and he didn't rush it like my old dentist in Texas. He cleaned around my permanent retainer bottom wire thing better than anyone Ive had do it. (It's such a nice feeling!) The main dentist was really kind in understanding my fear of needles when needing fillings and said he'd do all 4 in one day, which i appreciate so much! They were professional from beginning to end and all seemed genuinely concerned and caring about my teeth and gum health. When I move I'll schedule appointments with them when I'm visiting my family in Oklahoma! 10/10 highly recommend here. (They also all wore their masks the entire time I was there, everyone.)

No one likes to go to the dentist but let's be real.... It's a must. From the moment I walked in until I left they kept me busy. Paperwork, X-rays, cleaning, exam, created a dental plan, made next appt and off I went. Never even had time to pull my phone out! Everyone was so kind. My husband is a big baby when it comes to needles, etc and I was impressed to the point I made him an appointment. He's one of those guys who will never let u live it down if he has a bad experience... It went well he had nothing but compliments too. Good job guys keep up the good work! read more

I was looking for a good dentist one day last week and was surprised to find Spring Dental was in our network They checked out our insurance for me and was able to be seen the same day , witch was good because I live in Eufaula and really didn't won't to make another trip. Anyways they filled a cavity for me and a deep cleaning the same day. Will be bringing my family their soon. I've never had a fear of dentists, but even if I did I believe I would have no fear here. The staff and their attentiveness to the needs of the patient are unmatched! They always make sure I'm as comfortable as possible and they always take time to make sure I understand what's going on. My last Dentist was really hard to get in to see. These guys got me in same day, and took great care of me! Totally cool, super nice staff, and great with me and my kids. Explained everything really well, and were able to work with my budget. This Dentist is amazing, and I totally recommend him to anyone! So glad to see him in Okmulgee, he is awsome! read more

Everyone was very good and friendly, the front desk to the dentist. I was thrilled to get a next day appointment, and they even advertise walk ins welcome. My care was super quick and painless. My visit was very well. I was able to get a same day appointment to be seen within a couple of hours of my call. My wait was approximately 7 minutes after turning in new patient papers. All staff were very helpful and informative, as was the doctor. Visit all in all was great! Looking forward to great future with them! read more
