The office is small, but it is cozy due to it being built and ran out of a house for his business. The staff was very nice and understanding. I went in for a tooth extraction because I don't have the money to see dentists normally, but it got to the point where I needed to. The wait in the waiting room was short. Once I got my paperwork done I had pretty much been called to a room. A nurse took an X-ray of the tooth that was bad and only that tooth. I sat and waited for the doctor looking at some vintage dentistry tools in a case in the corner of the room which 40s-60s music played in the background. He came in and greeted me nicely. Asked me all the questions he needed and explained that my tooth couldn't be saved then asked my preference as to what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted it out and he started getting me prepped. A nurse came in to assist and unfortunately my tooth was being painful, but even through not being numb all the way Dr.Sheets was kind and understanding giving me some time to think and do what was best for me. I went ahead and got it pulled. It did hurt, but there was nothing he could do. My nerve just wouldn't go numb and he had already pumped me full of numbing solution, but after it was out he told me I did well and that he was proud of me which is nice hearing from a doctor when something is painful. The nurse explained to me what I could and couldn't do for a while then I was out. I didn't have insurance so I paid $183 for the whole thing which isn't bad considering most places will charge anywhere from $100-300 just to have it pulled not counting X-ray, visit, meds, all of it so I was very happy with that. Another thing I noticed while being there is he'd whistle to the music playing in the background which is just a nice touch. I think the one thing that I have an issue with is that I've been trying to call his office to schedule an appointment for my boyfriend and I haven't been able to get anyone to answer so hopefully soon I'll be able to get someone and have them help my boyfriend like they helped me.

Dr.Sheets has a special technique with giving shots...you can't feel them...I braced myself knowing how painful it is but felt ablsolutely nothing! He has a great sense of humor..he whistles and sings little seranades..he gives you options..and doesn't rip you off to make a quick buck...we are moving to Arizona next month but i would've never thought that I would say this but I will MISS him terribly!! So if you are afraid of the dentist...DON'T be afraid of Dr. Sheets...he is the BEST!!!!!

We recently had to use the urgent care, and again, everyone was very professional and caring. We were seen by Grover Compton, PA-C, who took great care of my grandson, and a medical assistant (a young, petite blonde) who was absolutely fantastic with kids. It is so reassuring to know we have a place like this to go when he's not feeling well.

Look them up, they chip over time and faster for grinders. On top of that instead of doing fillings she whittled my babies front bottom teeth down to skinny picks. My babies smile is completely ruined. We had no idea she was going to do this. I am a mess over it. I will report her to her board of licensing, every person and licensing I need to. This is absolutely unacceptable. My baby did not deserve this.
