This review is definitely overdue! I can't believe I never left one. I've been coming here for…read moreyears for both lab work and pharmacy services. Up until the fairly recent lab remodel, I would have rated the lab and their staff 5 stars hands down! Unfortunately, since the expansion and addition of new staff members, it's just not as good as it used to be. And it's far busier! The techs used to all be seasoned, experienced, skilled professionals. Now, there are less experienced, novices drawing blood making it a little bit of an unpleasant experience. The pharmacy on the other hand seems to be streamlining their services. Notifications are texted when prescriptions are ready for pickup, making it a swift and easy process! Kudos to the pharmacy team and leadership!

They bully you, raise their voice at you, belittle you, tell you it's all in your head, tell you that you need mental health and then they say your time is up and they leave! I've had the exact same experience with two of these Doctors, literally back to back! You can't get any referral to specialists unless you are dying of some serious disease! One of these mental midgets they call "Dr." told me my severe hair shedding is all "Cosmetics"!!! He said "Go buy yourself Minoxidil, I'm not giving you referral to Dermatologist"!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! I was so repulsed since he was the 2nd Dr. I went to see at Roseville Kaiser. They are literally useless pill pushers and have no frigging clue what they're doing. They go to school and memorize the content without comprehending any of it. Pass exams and suddenly "boom" these morons are "physicians"! You can tell all they care about is status and money, they don't give a shi* about you as a patient... it's all about them and how they impress the other management staff or their Chief. Because that's how they get promotions and their annual bonus. Your satisfaction as a patient means absolutely nothing to these thugs. I'm not going to post the names of these physicians on here, but if you're interested and want to avoid them, feel free to message me and I'll be happy to share their names. I'm going to do myself a favor and hop on over to Sutter Health instead. Kaiser has gone to sh** and I won't be wasting my money, nor my time here. If you're trying to decide between Sutter and Kaiser, definitely go with Sutter, don't waste your time at Kaiser.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Win. After suffering from severe, nonstop, debilitating…read moreheadaches every single day for over three years following the birth of my son, I saw approximately 15-20 doctors across multiple states searching for answers. Time and time again, I was told it was anxiety, stress, or something psychological. Some providers even made me feel as though they suspected I was exaggerating my pain or simply seeking medication rather than genuinely trying to find out what was wrong. Dr. Win was the first physician who truly listened. She believed me when I said something was wrong and reassured me that living with severe headaches 24 hours a day, 7 days a week was not normal. She never treated me like a drug seeker, never dismissed my symptoms, and never made me feel like my concerns were all in my head. Instead, she took the time to investigate the root cause of my symptoms. Because of her persistence, compassion, and medical expertise, I was referred to the right specialists and ultimately diagnosed with a Chiari malformation that had gone undiagnosed for years. Without Dr. Win, I may never have received the answers and treatment I desperately needed. What makes Dr. Win exceptional is that she genuinely cares. She spends time with her patients, asks questions, listens carefully, and refuses to settle for easy explanations when something doesn't add up. She is incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and dedicated to helping her patients find real answers. After years of being dismissed, doubted, and made to feel like my pain wasn't real, Dr. Win changed everything. I truly believe that if I had found her sooner, I could have avoided years of unnecessary suffering. I will always be grateful for her care, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a physician who listens, believes her patients, and goes above and beyond to help them.

The nurses were sweet to our fussy toddler and gave her a teddy bear to keep her entertained while mommy was busy! It doesn't hurt to ask, they had fidget spinners and blew bubbles for her as well! I'd recommend this location, great, professional doctor and staff! I love UC Davis Health, so I'll be back for routine shots, etc! SYOY! :-)
