I went to Sheila for a sea urchin retexturing treatment, and my skin was damaged so badly that I…read moregot 8 wrinkles on my forehead within 24 hours of the treatment it's been weeks now and it's not going away. I now have to spend money to fix the damage that was done to my skin. It will cost me thousands to fix it. She aged my skin 5-10 years it was painful and felt burned and severely dried after the procedure. And she dropped the solution into my eyes and didn't even cover them. I suggested wet cotton swabs and little goggles as having this go into your eyes is dangerous. I sent my my mom there as well and she did not stop talking about very personal matters. When I spend alot of money on treatments I don't want to hear about peoples problems.

Yes, Lillian's is OPEN for business!! Was so happy to book a microdermabrasion facial and happy to…read morehear she was accepting clients. Lillian takes all the necessary precautions to keep you safe during this pandemic. She wears a mask, plus shield, disinfects everything, including the soles of your shoes, etc, to implement safety protocols. I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised and felt at ease immediately. Wonderful experience, highly recommend as she specializes in anti-aging treatments. She included a micro dermabrasion on the back of my hands which she informed me will keep me looking youthful (the hands will reveal your age, must keep them looking young!). Lillian is incredibly patient and easy to talk to -- truly felt like I've known her all my life! ***Lillian's Medical Spa is located upstairs from Starbucks and around the back. Drove by this location multiple times and never knew this business existed as it's hidden with no street signage. Parking is a breeze -- huge lot***

DO NOT USE My provider submitted a referral two weeks ago as…read morehigh priorty. After not receiving a call to schedule an appointment I called three times to connect with someone. I was told I would be called back, but wasn't. Today I spoke to an unbelievably RUDE woman and explained my situation. She said they couldn't set the appointment because my doctor didn't include my test results. I said did you ask her for them? She said, no, that's something you would need to do. I then said, how am I to do that if you never let me know it was missing. She "well I'm telling you now". I said the referral was placed two weeks ago. No apologies, no empathy, she curtly, we have 60 referrals right now. Well, I guess I'll just just have to go ask for another referral and they can tell me I have cervical cancer. It's absurd.

For just a regular check up or pap, they're are fine. Clean, friendly enough, etc. But if you find…read moreout or think you may be pregnant DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you like feeling dumb. I told them my questions and concerns which they didn't give two seconds thought. At first they told me no I wasn't pregnant. Then after I showed pics of the at home tests, she said okay I guess you are... Umm you guess? She proceeded to tell me that they would schedule me to come back in 3 weeks and 5 for an ultrasound. Being so stressed not knowing if I was or wasn't, I called about a week later and asked that at the 3 week later appointment could they do an ultrasound? Mind you I hadn't had my period in 3 months so I had no idea how far along I was or if her "guess" was correct. The girl On the phone said hold on and then came back and said no, you're lucky we are doing it in 5 weeks cause you "probably" aren't far enough along to where we would usually do an ultrasound. I said okay well can we do a blood test at least instead of just peeing in a cup and guessing if it's positive or not? She chuckled at me and said no it wasn't necessary. Frustrated, I reminded them I have good insurance so it would be paid for. She (in other words) told me all my nervousness, sickness, stress, extreme cramping, etc were normal pregnancy symptoms and I was lucky to be getting the appointment in 3 weeks and an ultrasound in 5. I'm high risk so it was super unsettling. I told her I would find another doctor cause this was too much stress. She replied with yea, good luck! And hung up. If you need a pap, this place is normal. But I would highly not recommend for any prenatal care.
