I asked how they would be able to compensate me/us and they offered a total of a $15 refund - the price of one color change, which was insulting. I had paid for 2 acrylic manicures, 2 upgraded pedicures, 2 brow waxes and also tipped well. I was truly disappointed with their offer of resolution and lack of satisfactory customer service. They blamed the issue on the manufacturer and did not work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I had been a loyal customer for several years and shared that I will no longer patronize this salon as they did not value my business. Do not recommend because of this experience.

She got highlights (not even by a specialist by a employee who has been only working 2/3 years) I would've never let my child get her hair done here if I knew she was getting taken advantage of and being charged $180 dollars for color in her hair. I will never be back here or let my child go here again, my 19 year old daughter goes to a blonde specialist and doesn't have to pay over $130 with tip for heavy highlights.

My boyfriend and I loved the family-owned feel of the place. Rita's husband was working the front desk as locals wandered in to congratulate Rita on her new place.
