All of her past work was incredible so it was hard to choose. She was able to tell me exactly what the henna was made out of which I appreciated because there are a lot of artists who do not know. She was very intricate with applying the henna but also super efficient. She made me laugh while she was doing the work, such a funny woman, we got to share stories about our kids. I would highly recommend Glamour 360 to anyone looking for a henna or face painting!

She told me 6pm was available for today 3/19 and I asked her if she had anything earlier in the day. I asked for 3pm and she told me 4pm so I took the appointment. We spoke twice about what kind of henna tattoo, exchanged text messages about it and then she emailed me confirmation of the date and time after I paid her a deposit of $30. My daughter and I got to the city from NJ at noon and I paid for a parking garage. We had lunch and hung around the city prior to the appointment. 45 minutes before the appointment-at 3:15-Monika called me and said that she had a family emergency and would not make it into the city until at least 6pm because she didn't have a way to get home. I didn't want to get upset as she said it was a family emergency but I also thought that if she didn't have a way to get home she may be later than 6:00 which meant that I would have to pay $30 an hour in overage fees for parking which I wasn't going to do. I asked for a refund which she immediately sent me on Venmo. Of course my daughter was extremely upset. She was getting the henna tattoo down her back because she had a backless prom dress (which Monika knew) and had been looking forward to this for weeks. Then my daughter saw on IG Monika posted pictures of herself at a bridal shower from that day! One-very rude to do this to us so last minute and two-don't post pics on IG if you're going to lie. I wish she would have just said that she couldn't give us an earlier appointment than 6 in the first place. A very shoddy way to run your business especially in this day and age. Very disappointed.
