Lois was the one who suggested that I needed to have my eyebrows done. When I went back after the red fiasco, she decided to correct it by doing some darker shading. I liked the new color, but the pain and bleeding were unexpectedly severe. I'm fairly tolerant of pain (even sutured my own laceration with no anesthesia) and I had eyeliner tattoos done twice and tolerated it very well. However, this was out of proportion to what I would have expected. I understand that it was as frustrating for Lois as much as it was for me, but I bled so much, and she said she couldn't use any more topical anesthetic for the pain. She treated me like it was my fault, and glared at me when I gave her my payment. She wouldn't even take my check until I left a tip, and I'd always tipped before that. My new esthetician noticed the stippling scars on my eyebrows, and said that Lois went too deep. Please understand that I recognize Lois as a master in her craft in eyelash extensions. I know that she now has a school to teach eyelash extensions, and I'm sure she's very good at that. However, after my eyebrow experience, I would never go back.

It seemed like they were taking the proper precautions due to COVID and I appreciated the extra effort. The sign on their door instructed you to text them when you arrive and they will come out and greet you. Well, the lady ended up being late and then when I went in she then stated she could only take cash which I then had to go to the bank and get cash to pay her. She was nice enough to still thread my eyebrows but I feel like that is something that should be told to customers right away. When my appointment was complete another customer came in, unmasked, and wasn't in her car waiting to be called in. I don't really understand why there are specific instructions to protect employees and other customers if there are the few customers that just don't seem to car that a global pandemic is still prevalent. I appreciated the effort in keeping me safe during this challenging time for businesses, I also appreciated that she let me get cash to pay her as well. My eyebrows turned out okay, different from the lady I normally went to but right now I think I will hold off getting my eyebrows threaded again until next year some time.

The prices are reasonable and they are open later than some other businesses, making it easy for me to swing by after work. I haven't tried any of their other services yet, but will in the future.
