Did not take me seriously. Came to their store early June 2013, on a Tuesday. I ask them if they can make an aircraft for my cousin in the military that was getting stationed in California. They told me, they can do it and will call me on a Friday when the sketch was done. They called me two weeks later. I went over to see the sketches and they were fine. I just wanted the plane a little bit bigger, so they told me they will call me once the final sketch is done. They never called me back. Last week,'I called them to see what was going on, they said "o, we had bigger projects that came up, so we weren't able to finish your order." I calmly and politely said. "OK, please let me know when it's ready for me to see." It is now September 2! Really?! So, my order was so insignificant, small, unimportant, that they can't even bother to call me, to tell me! Don't make me wait. Don't tell me you can do it, if you really can't! Because my order is smaller than your other orders, doesn't mean you can set it aside, and I'll wait for months! Unbelievable! O by the way, this order was a gift for a lieutenant colonel in the United States Air Force, someone who has risk his life over and over for your freedom, so you can be free to make art stained glass!
