Danielle is a highly skilled henna artist and is knowledgeable about what goes into her henna. It smells divine as the henna art is being done. I got it done a day before going to a sound healing and even wore it during Thanksgiving and I have been getting nonstop compliments on the beautiful henna that Daniela created. Thank you so much. Side note because I have more Melanin (deep brown skin) I did some side research on how to make sure the henna looks a deeper shade of brown and last longer on me and I came across a lot of YouTube advice. I am not a doctor and Daniela didn't advise me to do this so do it only if you want to. But it worked for me. I let regular wind air dry my henna for 3 hours. When I got home i warmed up my arm in the henna area near my little bedroom personal heater at a very comfortable warm temp nothing extreme at all for 3 minutes at a time took a break and did another 3 minutes until the henna was pretty much dry 95%. I'm sure I could have used a hair dryer to speed up the process. Then I wrapped the whole henna creation gently with toilet paper and then over that wrapped the area with plastic wrap and feel asleep with it on overnight. Then over a huge cookie sheet lined with wax paper in the turned off shower I unwrapped everything and let some pieces of henna fall onto the the lined cookie sheet. And for the pieces still stuck I applied a little coconut oil to the remaining henna and gently removed the rest henna with the dull backside of a butter knife. Then I used more coconut oil a few napkins to take off any left over brown oily henna residue. Aka I used no water on the henna tattoo to avoid diluting it. And every I took a shower I used soap every where but the henna tat area. And only used coconut oil and Luke warm water in the tat area. Hope this helps if you did decide to do it. read more

Wonderful experience with Daniela. I took my boyfriend's daughter and we got to meet Daniela at her home for our henna session. She had a lovely outdoor area set up for us so we got to enjoy the process under the sun on a beautiful day in the fresh air. The environment was so relaxing and Daniela's vibe was so warm and welcoming. She was so patient and accommodating and exceeded all expectation. I've had Henna done a few times in the past and I must say that this is the richest color I've ever seen. Daniela was so informative about her process and making her own Henna. She gave us tips on what to do to keep the color rich and our skin moisturized. We were stopped countless times throughout the day when we were out and about by people noticing the beautiful work and asking where we got it done. We will definitely be coming back and plan to book a party in the near future. read more

My daughter wanted a henna tattoo for her birthday, we texted Daniella and got a same-day appointment a couple hours later. She had a lovely umbrella-shaded outdoor area where she creates her magic~slight breeze in 75* weather, birds singing, it was so relaxing! We provided a couple idea pics and allowed her to be creative on the little girl- all three were gorgeous! I was able to let my henna process for 6 hours! Then used a little coconut oil twice daily. The color is a rich Sienna and 7-days later it has not faded at all, not even the shading of the lotus flower. This business is Mobile and has a spot you can park at. If you are visiting, or living in Oceanside I recommend Daniela. My daughter wanted a wolf and I had my hand done. Yes, it's semi permanent and you are paying for artistic skills. I've paid about the same for face painting that has lasted one meal. So, if you have t paid fir henna before and are unsure if cost I would say do some googling. The owner of this business is kind,chill, happy vibe company. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. Not a pressure on anyone having to be happy, but I find most experiences better without high powered, or anxious energy (I know I'm a bit of a weirdo) I get fussy about who has the restaurant with the best Coca Cola fountain (we all have our things) but, an experience is worth the cost when it's something you value. This type of artistry I value and it's a fun memory you take with you when you go home. And doesn't just add a magnet that your kids will break when you get home. read more
