They say you need an average of 6 treatments every 2 weeks and then once a month for up keep. The first aesthetician/student I got wasn't very informative and didn't talk much. The second time I went I got Casey, who let me tell you girl, is GRREAT. You know when you search forever to try and find a hairdresser who you vibe with and does a great job? That's Casey. She became my micro girl after my second treatment. She was very informative and down to earth. We get along so well and she always does a great job. I'm super sad she is graduating and I will have to find a new person to do my up-keeps once a month. However, I'm glad I got the majority of my treatments from her. Most people don't know, but the Humber spa is open to anyone. Their prices are AMAZING. Micro is only $60! Sometimes they go on special for $40! Can you find any other spa that offers these kinds of prices? I know some people might be skeptical because they are students, but these are students in their final semester ready to graduate. The info is fresh and they also have supervisors guiding and watching over them. The best thing is that the facility is CLEAN. You can guarantee that. That's something that's really important to me. TIP: If you find an aesthetician that you like, it's totally okay to re-book with them! They actually encourage that, so students know what it's like to get repeat clients. Also, there is no tip option on the machine when you pay. It's not expected, but if you do want to tip, it's cash only. One last tip, even though they only accept CASH TIPS. they ONLY take debit, credit or gift cards as a form of payment. Totally recommend everyone to try out the Humber Spa. The ladies who worked on me were very nice, and I was happy with them, my nails looked great and so did my toes! The facial made my skin feel really smooth and it was really relaxing. You have to keep in mind that these are students so it takes a little longer than going to a regular spa, but it is cheaper too. Don't forget to tip, the students don't get paid for their work at the spa, so tipping is especially important. I will be back, I really enjoyed the procedures, and the same day service was a really nice touch.

Five days later, I received an email with tracking information indicating that the order had been shipped. A week later when I received the order it was missing one item with a receipt that said the missing item would be refunded, but it wasn't. I contacted them inquiring why they shipped the order after I asked for it to be cancelled. They responded that they shipped less because they didn't have the three packs of hair I ordered. I explained that that doesn't help me because I needed three packs for the hairstyle. We agreed that they would send another pack of a different hair colour but that still hasn't happened, nor have have received a partial refund. This is one of the worst customer service experience ever. I feel robbed and cheated by this company. For anyone reading this avoid the stress of dealing with this company. DO NOT ORDER.
