DO NOT RENT from here. Although the stacked washer and dryer they rented to me were brand new, I…read morethink I just got blessed. The problems immediately started when I contacted them for a pick up because I was moving, over the phone when I called I was informed that my account was moved to collections and if I wanted to have them picked up I needed to talk to "collections" (a debt collector agency)which I thought was odd. So I was switched over to collections and was told they only do pick ups once a month I was not allowed to negotiate any day convenient to my schedule but only theirs. I needed to move the 28th they wanted the washer and dryer the 2nd which clearly did not work for me. I asked the debt collector could she explain how my account was put into collections when I've never missed any payments she was very rude and nasty and told me I owed almost $1k in debt but if I agreed to a pickup my debt was completely wiped clean! Like what kind of sense does that even make I rent these machines never agreed to own as their policy states you can never own the washers or dryers they rent out. Then I called the company "Appliance warehouse" again and asked could they please explain how my account was put into collections with $1k worth of debt and they refused to give me a answer but switched me over again to the debt collection agency. My payments were only $55 a month for that much debt I would have missed almost 2yrs worth of payments! I've been researching this company and there is not an actual building or location in my city or even the next. On the pickup day I have received over 16 text messages of constant time changes for the specific pickup! I believe this is a Ponzi scheme company scamming and preying on people for a quick buck...you've been warned.

"Thank you for calling Appliance Warehouse where our main priority is giving our customers back…read moretime.." is what I hear every single time i have had to call support. Do NOT rent from this company. I have been trying to get a working dryer since 8/1. I finally got a replacement on Monday 10/2, but that one is also broken. The washer is leaking into the wheel. Every time something goes wrong it takes 10+ days to resolve. Customer service is completely unempathetic. Never once did a supervisor call me back and apparently the supervisor is OOO until Tuesday so I guess NOBODY works but the people who are probably 3rd party techs. Save yourselves the headache of dealing with this dumpster fire of a company. I'm honestly shocked they are even in business still.

We purchased a Vissani and looked the owner straight in the eyes, demanding to know what type of…read morewarranty this unit included. He confidently told us there was a one-month warranty from the store, and if we registered it, we would receive the factory warranty. In February, we discovered that the unit had stopped working. When we contacted the manufacturer, they informed us that they couldn't honor the warranty because the unit was sold by an unauthorized dealer. I took this critical information back to the store and confronted the owner, who shockingly attempted to sell me a freezer that I wouldn't even consider placing in a rundown property. I made it very clear that I'm not struggling financially and could easily buy a new freezer from Home Depot. However, I was reassured that I had a warranty on the unit I purchased from him. The owner then tried to push another unit on me and dismissed my concerns, claiming he couldn't do anything. If you're running a business, you need to stand behind your products. If you knew I couldn't get the unit warranted, why would you mislead me? This is unacceptable business practice. If you choose to shop there, ensure they can guarantee that your unit is covered by the manufacturer. Otherwise, you risk it sitting at the roadside waiting for the trash man after nearly five months. Don't let the reviews deceive you; bad business will always be bad business. Before you leave the store, make sure the unit has a serial number on the back. Don't get trapped like I did.

I had purchased a brand new G.E. refrigerator that was supposed to be a garage ready refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator in December 2026. While using it for the last 4 months I did not realize at the time that my purchase was actually the wrong model and that it was not a garage ready refrigerator. I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance. They might not always have what you need but if they do I would purchase the appliance at appliance 4 less because you won't regret it. Thank you appliance 4 less im sorry my purchase didnt work out. But I do want to say thank you for providing me the best customer service.
