It should be called High School Dropout Central because all the employees have a sheep brain, are missing teeth, and/or are fat. There is zero respect in this building. The majority of the nurses are rude, petty, and demeaning. The CNA's (majority of which aren't even certified) are lazy, impatient, disrespectful, unintelligent, clueless, classless, and LAZY. I would never wish this kind of treatment for any of my loved ones who needed the attention and care. The facility is also severely understaffed, and there are not enough employees to properly handle the amount of residents in an orderly fashion. There is no organization in this building-- even the kitchen staff is useless. They never give the residents the food they order on their turn-in menus, which is important because each resident has a specific diet and set of needs. It's also dirty 24/7. The cleaning crew is almost never seen, and there are ants in every room. The floors are sticky and wet all the time. The walls have dings, dents, and scratches on them. It all comes back down to how awful the care is in this place. When you're being trained you're taught that you're supposed to have "no patience" with the residents. EXCUSE ME! These people NEED patience. They NEED care. They NEED respect. It's completely despicable.

I am not dramatic and I try not to bother anyone, and they never take me serious. I was there three hours i told the intake lady my arm was in shoulder and neck was in extreme pain the doctor maybe talked to me for five min and ordered xrays. I put my pain level to be 7 severe and could barely take my shirt off and a bruise developed two days later from the shoulder trauma. He told me it was probably my daughter chin from when I picked her up and to ice it. They wouldn't do anything. After three hours the doctor said nothing was a wrong and take Tylenol, that was literally it. I visibly started to get upset and cry in to which he quickly left and Sharron came in and talked to me. She was confused why I was upset and seemed surprised when I told her the doctor did say anything. She told me it was probably nerve damage since I already have neuropathy and to see my primary physician . I don't take any medication for my neuropathy because they don't usually help, but I was hoping for something until i could see a doctor. The doctor was the least compassionate ass I've ever met. The last time I was here I had an obvious signs of some-type of GI bug , fever, diarrhea, throwing up. I had been sick three days, and finally came in because I couldn't stop puking. I noticed a difference in there attitude when I told them I smoke mary jane regularly. I told them I hadn't smoked in almost a week cause i had been sick. When they released me they told me I had "canaboid poisoning" and didn't release a single triage documents, showing I had a fever and everything else. They also said "I walked out the door with no pain and keeping stuff down". I puked 3 leaving in the span of five minutes and could barely walk. I found out recently I've had ulcers in my stomach as well and they failed to catch those. Another time they told me I didn't have bronchitis I went to another Er and they told me I did. They should be shut down for negligence.

I do not love going to the doctor, but I definitely wasn't getting into my general physician in the next 6 months. I LOVE that you can make an appointment. It made things so much easier and gave me less dread on wait time. The website does tell you current wait time if you are headed in last minute. When I arrived I was shocked to see how tiny the waiting area was, but no one was there so it was just fine. I checked in so easy with the code that was emailed to me. The front desk nurse got my license and my insurance card. She is unfortunately what kept this from a 5 star visit. She could have been much friendlier. I, along with others, are hesitant or unsure what exactly to do when coming there. She was not very friendly... until I got back in the room. Once we got to talking in the room she opened up and was much more friendly. The nurse practitioner was so friendly! She was quick, to-the-point and easy to talk to. She told me to not hesitate to call her if my prescription didn't work (news flash: it did). I would totally go back here in a heartbeat!

Would never recommend - absolutely horrible experience with this facility, both on the clinical…read moreside and administrative side. My loved one felt unsafe the entire length of stay, was forced to take medication (later we discovered from another doctor was way above the normal starting dose of this medication) and when they tried to leave (went there voluntarily) they were threatened and told they would get a court order to keep them longer. Everytime I tried to call I was told they weren't lable, was with a doctor or in therapy, which we later discovered was not true. After discharge, they sent our bill to the wrong address and then immediately sent it to collections without ever trying to contact us. When we reached out to voice our concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I could go on and on....please don't use them. We came out of this more damaged than when they went in.

We found this office by accident visiting my parents who live in…read morePlainfield. Dr Nancy did a great job adjusting our 5 year old who was have some pretty bad neck pain after an injury. They stayed after hours on a Saturday to treat her and she is excellent treating kids. Interestingly, both my wife and I get adjustments from Dr Chris when we are visiting my parents. Super nice and well located. Their prices are very affordable as well. I wish they were closer to us in Chicago so we could see them more often!
