My husband and I had a great experience with Safelite from start to finish. Scheduling the…read moreappointment in person was quick and easy, and Maria at the front desk made the process even better. She was friendly, patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to provide us with a quote and clearly explained how the insurance approval process works. When I mentioned that our vehicle is leased, she thoughtfully pointed out that the dealership would likely require a genuine OEM windshield, while our insurance company would not approve that additional cost. She made sure we understood all of our options without any pressure. On the day of our appointment, we were quoted a three-hour service window, but the work was completed in just one hour. The technician, Kevin, did an excellent job and notified us immediately when the vehicle was ready. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and transparent. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Safelite to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement.

A broken wind is beyond frustrating, but safelite you made it worse!!!…read more I called the number for this location and surprise, it's an automated system. Once I finally got a hold of someone, she asked me for my VIN #, make and model, as well as insurance. After going to my car, giving her all that information, and making me an appointment, she still wouldn't disclose the cost of the windshield. I had to repeat myself over and over again, and said I wanted a quote so I can compare to another provider. Again, either she did not know or had me running in circles. I ended up more frustrated than I was prior to the phone call especially since now they had my information. I don't recommend this business.

I also have multiple lights on my dashboard. I was told they'd come out under warranty to calibrate my windshield, and I've so far been no called no showed after being told they were meeting me from 9am-1pm. Every call I place goes to a voicemail of someone that does not return my call. Look, I get that you need to prioritize new business, and I would have sent everyone I knew to this company, if I was treated correctly. Customer service reps simply tell me they're going to have someone reach out, and then it never happens. Or they tell me there's nothing they could have done to cause those issues. If you want to gamble, go ahead. I'm sure this fix will cost more than what I saved on the windshield.
