We loved our first service for help so much that we signed up for a maintenance plan to check our…read moresystem every six months and canceled out previous serviced with another company. We purchased our new air conditioner unit for outside from them and they again were great to work with! Our second call was to check a leak in the wall behind the shower. It wasn't a good experience. The tech seemed a bit full of himself. That cost $99 and the tech told us we needed to tear out the whole shower to stop the leak. A second opinion proved it to be a simple leak down a water pipe and I fixed that on my own. Next service we were told that a cleaning of our duct system was needed. I ask if they would put a new anti-bacterial bulb in the unit after the cleaning and they told me no problem. So I ordered one. Today we had to Haden & Andrew come to clean the duct system and they were great. When they arrived I reminded them of the bulb they had agreed to plug in. After the cleaning, they were to mist the ducts with a machine to kill anything bad left in the ducts. Unfortunately the machine used to spray this mist would not power on so they called the office to find out what to do. Afterwards I was told they would need to come back when they got the machine working and they also were told to charge me $65 to change the light bulb. After buying a new unit, a cancelation and rescheduled appointment due to broken equipment, incorrect evaluation of a leak, crooked hole in my wall I told them no to the $65 charge and took my 75 year old bottom to the attic an replaced the bulb in less than five minutes. I felt insulted. And now we wait again for the sprayer to be fixed and them to return to finish this service. The best part of the visit today was Haden and Andrew, they were great guys, answered questions and worked with me to move my dogs and cat out of the way, they did good work and I appreciated them. At present, we are still waiting to get them back to spray the ducts, it is important to us as we have our daughters and children here and we have all experienced upper respiratory and sinus problems as well Asthma recently. I feel if anything a discount should have been offered due to all the trouble it has been getting this partially done.

Jed, was very polite and knowledgeable about what was needed to get my Mom's house back to cooling as needed. I received their quote around 2:30pm on a Saturday and they had us up and running by day break... I told him that it was no rush, since we were still in the renovation process, but Jed stated that if I had the time he could knock it out the same day and "He Did"... He even went a step beyond and above by replacing the return vent covers that was missing. I say all this to say " I would recommend them as your HVAC Service provider". Thanks Again, Jed and your crew from Infinite Air solutions...!!!

All parts are under warranty and he was aware of that, yet when he billed me , he charged me $400. for 2 other parts that are also under warranty, It took me several texts to even get him to send me an itemized invoice, I also asked to have the receipts for the other 2 parts that were again under warranty that he charged me 400 dollars for, which i looked up on the internet, the exact thermostat that he charged me $150 for runs around $50, and the Transformer is the same way over inflated. I am waiting for the receipts and once verified I will be going to small claim's court to reclaim the $400. After trying to get this resolved I have decided to take the loss and be done with it as the owner did offer to come and take all his parts back and refund my money for it all BUT he said i had to remove my review first...I refuse to let him cheat anyone else so I take the loss but if you are reading this then it was all worth it...there are too many reputable companies out there who are honest and do not take advantage of their customers. He was scheduled to fix our residential AC unit that had frozen up and wasn't cooling. He diagnosed…read moreit as needing 6 lbs of refrigerant at $542/lb, plus a new capacitor, plus a $125 service call--an advertised total of $3,800+. I told him I didn't believe that was the real problem and that the pricing was outrageous. I didn't approve the work. I had my own AC guy check the unit, and we found the system already had refrigerant--the real issue was that the compressor was failing. So his "fix" was basically a costly wrong diagnosis. He was trying to charge us $3,800+ to "repair" something that wasn't actually causing the failure, and the AC would still have ended up failing anyway. Be careful with this company. They will push expensive repairs and give diagnoses that don't match what the system is actually doing. Get a second opinion before you approve anything.

I recently used this HVAC company for a service call and unfortunately had a disappointing…read moreexperience. Before the work was performed, I was told the service call is $125. It would cost $235 total. However, after the work was completed, the $125 service fee was added on top, bringing the total to around $360. This charge was not clearly explained upfront, which is my main concern. The work itself involved cleaning a drain line, which the technician described as a relatively straightforward task. The technician explain he would be using a brush to clean it so the pricing was super excessive for the scope of work performed. More importantly, there was a lack of transparency regarding the total cost before the work was completed. Clear communication about pricing is critical when customers are making decisions about whether to proceed with a service. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this company. I would recommend that they improve their upfront communication of full costs to better align with customer expectations and build trust. I also found the company's response to my concerns to be disappointing, as it was not customer‑focused or aimed at resolving the issue. Instead, it appeared centered on defending pricing rather than addressing the lack of clear communication.
