I love this little shop just west of the Urie crossroads and I stop in whenever I'm in the area. They have a small commercial counter and the product is always top notch; I just shopped there yesterday. The processing facilities are usually busy and quite clean. There is no robbery here and this is a lament I have often heard on my side of the cutting table from people who have never processed their own meat. I've never seen any animal that is 2/3 MEAT as Mr. L. seems to think his elk was. read more
