since starting home care with acclaim, my family and i have had nothing but trouble…read more from several home visits, that all went to the wrong address, and one driver refusing to change course and come to my home until my father called his supervisor, to one visit at their office that included an hour long wait, while in pain, and feeling increasingly nauseous only to be treated by a nurse who did not know how to change my iv pump and reprogram. i am currently waiting at home for the nurse to restart my iv, as my vein collapsed late last night. the night nurse instructed me to take it out myself, and someone would be by in the morning to restart the iv. i have called several times to confirm, and am met with the same answer, they are on their way. 3.5 hours late.

They are very Prompt, Friendly staff. The Cardiologist seems to know his stuff.

She was great: Friendly, cheerful and quite knowledgeable. I wish she were taking on new patients as a family physician, because she was so very "comfortable" to talk with, and super efficient. This clinic is handy because it's right next to the Fortino's. If I need to go to a walk-in again, I'll try to catch Dr. Tam at this one.

His appearance and clothes was one of a homeless man really rough looking and huge. he talked down to her for the visit. Do not go to him I honestly would not believe he was a doctor just someone they grabbed from the street. They should be ashamed of themselves hiring this ungrateful lazy guy.
