If these reviews are anything to go by, Dr James J. Lynch has a bit of a Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde…read morecomplex to him. He might be a kind and caring psychiatrist in private practice at Brooklyn, but at Mental Health Association in Hempstead, Long Island he's a bit of a Nurse Ratched. During my very first appointment with him at MHA Hempstead he brazenly attempted to intimidate me by loudly talking with a nurse about how he hospitalized a client at MHA. Dr. Lynch then proceeded to berate me about all my previous hospitalizations in a very condescending and patronizing manner. Thing got better. I got a job at an Amazon warehouse, kept taking my medicine and Dr Lynch proceeded to give me handshakes to congratulate me on my progress. However, Dr Lynch found out I was taking a particular medicine, adder all, from a pill mill in Huntington and proceeded to hospitalize me at Nassau University Medical Center Hospitals Psych ER. Dr Lynch called the Muttontown Police on me, they didn't want to hospitalize me, or so they said, and left. Dr Lynch than came all the way to my residence at Muttontown and forced the Muttontown Polices hand in hospitalizing me at NUMC for one one. He followed the ambulance that transported me and walked in the Psych ER's doctors office and spent 20 minutes trying to convince the Resident Doctor to admit me despite the fact that I had work the next morning. The Resident Doctor at NUMC decided not to hospitalize me and I left the next morning. All of this was apparently a ploy/ power mov/ scheme by Dr Lynch for me to remain in his care by getting NUMC's written orders to continue taking an Abilify Maintenance injection. Dr Lynch also made a letter/note in my medication records forbidding me from ever getting the ADHD medicine aderall from any Psychiatrist ever again despite the fact that I have ADHD after taking an experimental, none-FDA approved medicine to cure my Aspergers autism, and lost the ability to memorize, concentrate and focus on anyhting. TLDR I strongly suspect Dr. James J. Lynch is working with the District Attorneys Office and takes advantage of the fact that the majority of MHA's clients are low-income black/ hispanic patients who can't afford a real psychiatrist not affiliated with a government mental health outpaitient program. I saw a client of MHA try and fail to get his $100 weekly allowance from a counselor. I strongly suspect these two things are linked. MHA in Hempstead is a giant Venus fly trap/ mouse trap for vulnerable, mentally-ill people who want to get that sweet free government money but find themselves confronted by a draconian Hannibal Lecter who loves to hospitalize MHA clients and/or make them feel like shit until they get a menial, low-income job. Stay away from Dr James J. Lynch.

I can't speak for anyone else but, my experience with Randstad Garden City was great. Jessica H…read more was so proactive and attentive. She kept following up with me and found me an interview one after the other. I had so many options I had to refuse 2 of them and requested a higher standard for me to which Jessica was more than willing to help me with. I finally got "The One" and Yay! I am still working here: Tweezerman Port Washington for over a year now. Thanks so much for all your kindness and professional assistance Randstad and Jessica Harman! Thanks a million!

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever met. I wasted my time going to the office,…read moreseeing Anne Marino, the Staffing Manager. I filled out paperwork with all my personal information and was told I would have interviews in a few days. I followed up with Anne and inquired 3 days after we met, and she was busy, but would get back to me with a schedule of interviews. 4 days later, nothing and a thank you to me for following up again. Another week went by, same result. During that third waiting period, I hooked up with Trandon Associates in Manhattan. In two days I had an interview and in less than 10 days started my new job. I still have yet to hear anything from this unprofessional, non communicative organization. If you hear from them or even think of contacting them, think twice. If you want to collect unemployment checks, this is the company for you. If you want to get a job, Trandon Associates, contact Barbara Anderson. You will not be disappointed! I would give Randstad 0 stars, but that is not an option.
