This was great seemed a bit old wish I had it fresh the flavor was ok but the effects were on point

I only buy dabs and so far haven't had any issues with the company. Prices are on point with other companies. I do wish they would put a paper lid on the jars between the lid which can help keep the oils from leaking up into the top of the lid but other than that the quality of the product itself has been great. read more

I've been coming here regularly over the past month, and I want to start by saying the women who work here have always been kind, welcoming, and have taken great care of me. They're a big reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately, my experience with the retail general manager, Landon, completely changed that. I've had the same pre-roll burn unevenly or clog on multiple occasions. Each time before, the staff acknowledged the issue and made it right. Today, I was simply asking if I should try a different strain since it keeps happening. Instead of listening, I felt like I was being dismissed and treated as if I was making it up. Customer service isn't about proving who's right--it's about listening, finding a solution, and making people feel valued. Sometimes taking care of a loyal customer is worth more than winning an argument. Because of this interaction, I won't be returning. It's disappointing because the rest of the team has always provided a great experience. read more

1 Star -- If I Could Give Zero, I Would I've been a loyal HempHop customer for years, but after tonight's outrageous experience, I will never order from them again. I placed my order at 7:30 p.m. while in a severe chronic pain flare, expecting a reasonable delivery window. Instead, I was passed back and forth between two different delivery systems (Roadie and something called Tookan), neither of which provided accurate updates, tracking, or basic communication. For over three hours, I sat waiting while customer service repeatedly insisted that what I saw on my screen was wrong, that the "pickup window" was actually 9-10 p.m., and that delivery would be "within an hour after pickup." Except--no one picked up. No one left. And every time I asked for clarification, I was met with the same scripted responses that completely ignored the situation. At one point, the driver hadn't even left 40 minutes after the pickup window ended. I was told they were "rerouting the delivery to prioritize mine," yet the tracker showed the opposite. Then the driver's phone conveniently "died," leaving me with zero way to contact or track anyone. Meanwhile, I repeatedly explained that I have a chronic pain disease and ordered delivery because I physically couldn't drive. Rather than offering meaningful support or a partial refund for excessive delays, HempHop's solution was offering me a "freebie," which did nothing to address the fact that I'd been waiting in agony for hours. To make this experience even worse, the tone from customer service came off dismissive, repetitive, and borderline condescending. I was told the same canned lines over and over, as if my time, health, and safety didn't matter. I am a business owner myself, and I would never treat my customers this way. HempHop has lost my business permanently. Their new delivery system is unreliable at best, misleading at worst, and their customer service needs serious retraining. If you rely on timely delivery for medical reasons, avoid HempHop at all costs. read more

I love their same day delivery!! They are quick and efficient as well as helpful and informative along the way. Hemp Hop is definitely the best cannabis spot in Charlotte, especially if you don't even want to leave your house. The products are amazing and I am constantly blown away by their commitment to safe and accessible products! Would give 6 stars if I could!! read more

Tried some of the THCa flower. Green Crack. This is easily the most flavorful bud I've had in quite some time. Very fruity, and powerful. With quick delivery time. The price is a bit steep but worth it!! read more

I called them to get some basic info on their products and how their shop works. The owner answered all of my questions thoroughly and brought up success stories for people in pain by using the capsules. After the call, I went on their website to order my products, select a timeslot, and right on time, they delivered it. Overall, I was impressed with the high level of customer service, cheap prices, and swift delivery for the time slot I selected. I would definitely order with them again. However, it just sucks that you have to be within a certain radius for delivery. I would love a pick up option in the future. read more

My father has chronic inflammation due to seizures and was bedridden again for two days; they delivered isolate/gummies to me that night so he was able to eat and sleep. My dad swears by their CBG/CBN but I got a sample of the Delta8 sauce and am hooked!!! Everything was discretely packaged, and delivered on time- I'm so glad something like this is finally here!!! read more

Pretty incredible experience, and the individuals working at the physical location are awesome (answering phones & delivering). Very friendly & supportive to new customers -- answered questions politely and offered suggestions on stock. Super knowledgeable! Delivered promptly, and were respectful of delivery directions ("omfg, don't ring the bell!" last minute). The product itself is awesome. I purchased the flower in several varieties. The Elektra is sticky, sweet, pungent & very aromatic. Well-groomed, and packaged well -- not over-cured, easily smoke-able, great color of softened greens and subtle oranges. Bye high THC-induced paranoia; severe back pain & anxiety... Hello, HempHop! I usually buy from Tweedle & InfiniteCBD, but I am all for supporting local distributors at fair prices. Will return for the same day service, friendliness, and good looking out. Thank you again! TLDR; Buy from them. Worth it. read more
