However, now she gets booked on the days when she comes in within an hour of the announcement, and after not being able to get an appointment two times in a row, I had to schedule one at her practice. I'm so glad I did! The massage I got was even more phenomenal and relaxing than the ones in the office. Shirley combines Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone massages to create a therapeutic massage tailored to the customer's individual needs. She works out all the knots like magic. It's unbelievable how she is able to find and release the knots so effectively. She is definitely very knowledgeable and has a great personality as well! She will now be coming in to my company four times a month, but I think I will be coming back to see her at her practice as well. I highly recommend her.

Felt like a bait and switch and seemed unfair to the therapist with whom I had scheduled. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance at a minimum. As you well may know, most people have a favorite therapist and it is nice to know what to expect. Also, the therapist has a prior knowledge of your problem areas to more efficiently address them. Not their fault, but it was also a particularly busy night at Thai Island next door as I could hear their phone ringing/being answered throughout my massage (perhaps raise the music volume a bit?)
