I supported it because it claimed to be a Christian mission--one rooted in service, generosity, and care for people. Unfortunately, over the years, the quality of the experience has steadily declined. The service has gotten worse. The pricing has crept higher and higher, to the point where it no longer feels like a thrift store at all.
