We were immediately impressed by Keelie's professionalism, responsiveness and pricing, which stood out from other services we researched. She was thorough, personable and knowledgeable and we felt she was a great fit for our dog. While away on vacation, either Keelie or one of her team members came to my apartment to feed our dog, change her pee pads and took her out for a quick walk and potty break. They updated us via app or email how our dog did and took pictures of her while she was under their care. We could tell our dog was comfortable with them and that they gave her the best care while we were gone. We also have a reactive Australian Cattle Dog that Keelie and team were willing to work with in case we wanted to have them dog sit him in the future. We appreciated Keelie for offering this opportunity, especially since it is difficult to find dog boarding/sitting services that are OK with working with dogs of different temperaments and disabilities. We are so incredibly happy and grateful we found Keelie! From the very start, Keelie was super responsive and friendly. We met a couple of weeks before the wedding so Goose and Keelie could get to know each other and we could go over all the logistics. On the big day, we didn't have to worry about Goose at all--Keelie went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and safe. Goose is big and energetic, but with Keelie, he was on his best behavior! Keelie even took adorable photos of Goose throughout the day, which wasn't part of the agreement but meant so much to us. She dropped him off at our Airbnb, gave him another walk, stayed with him until he finished his dinner, and let us know when she left. Jennifer did an "introduction," meeting in which she came over and hung out so we could talk her, and she could meet the babies. She is truly experienced with "meeting" cats and dogs and allowed them to come to her, which made everyone comfortable. After meeting Jennifer, we felt our babies were in good hands. Jennifer is trustworthy, on time, cleans up after the pets, gives them lots of love and is respectful of our home preferences (not wearing shoes in the house.) She frequently communicated by sending pixs of the babies, easing our anxiety of leaving our babies with a new pet sitter. She was super accommodating to one of our kitties who hid under the bed, and served her meals there. She is especially fantastic with our dogs. She reinforces walking "manners," and rewards them with frequent treats for good behavior. We use her weekly now for dog walks. Michael, the owner, is extremely "hands on" in the day to day activities. He often greets people and dogs as they walk in and handles the walking of the dogs to their kennel or play yard. He is available to listen or answer questions. I am especially grateful to the groomer, Amy, for the great job she performs on my Tollers. Their double coats require lots of brushing. She does a great cut around their ears and feet. They look so cute after their groom. Amy recently notified me about a health issue with one of my dogs. Before embarking on our travels we contacted Growls N Meows. Joe came to our house to meet us, and our furry friends. Joe was very professional, yet comforting. We had to fill out paperwork, he needed to know about electrical and water shut offs so that in an emergency, our house was a safe place for them. We were shocked and impressed by the amount of effort Joe put into preparing to take care of our furry friends. During his daily visits with our pets, Joe went above and beyond what we asked. Joe would clean bowls, litter boxes, and exceeded our needs. Joe also would provide us with daily photos of our pets. As we embark on another travel journey, Joe has agreed to to check-in on our pets again. As it has been some time, Joe requested to meet with us again, and he was still very thorough.
