We love Jennifer. She has walked our dogs for years and years. I have an extremely hard time trusting people with my animals and I trust her more than some of my own family. I got to see my dog's interaction with her during the pandemic and she was thrilled to see her every time. I just can't say enough about Run and Done- she has a gift for understanding and loving these precious members of our family. read more

Five stars for Jennifer! We found Jennifer after we had recently moved to Livermore, and needed a pet sitter to care for our tribe of 4 cats and 2 dogs while we went on our honeymoon. Jennifer did an "introduction," meeting in which she came over and hung out so we could talk her, and she could meet the babies. She is truly experienced with "meeting" cats and dogs and allowed them to come to her, which made everyone comfortable. After meeting Jennifer, we felt our babies were in good hands. Jennifer is trustworthy, on time, cleans up after the pets, gives them lots of love and is respectful of our home preferences (not wearing shoes in the house.) She frequently communicated by sending pixs of the babies, easing our anxiety of leaving our babies with a new pet sitter. She was super accommodating to one of our kitties who hid under the bed, and served her meals there. She is especially fantastic with our dogs. She reinforces walking "manners," and rewards them with frequent treats for good behavior. We use her weekly now for dog walks. Our pets are like our "kids," to be able to have Jennifer in our lives to help us care for them when we go away or just to walk them while we are at work is truly a blessing! We love her and highly recommend her, as she will care for your pets as they were her own! read more

I needed a last minute dog walking late at night, and after calling many, many people, Run & Done Walks was the only one willing to help me out. They came right away, (on a day off nontheless!) and offered to walk my little dog who was in dire need of some exercise. The service was fantastic and my dog came home totally relaxed and ready for sleep. They also reccomended a particular leash so my dog wouldn't pull. We purchaced it a few days later and it worked like a charm! (I've been trying to solve the pulling for months!) Thank you guys so much!! Jennifer looked after our 2 cats and 2 bunnies for a week while we were on vacation, coming to our home twice per day. This was the first time we have used a pet sitting service and right from the onset, when we first met Jennifer, we felt comfortable leaving our precious fur babies in her care. Jennifer was very thorough in explaining when she would come and what she would do on her visits. While away, we received regular updates and photos (btw they looked like they were having just as much fun as us!) which we always really looked forward to. On our return, all of the pet areas were super clean and tidy. We were really able to relax and enjoy our break knowing our furry family were in safe and loving hands. Thanks again Jennifer :-) read more

Giant Rave for Jennifer at Run and Done Walks in Livermore. She is fantastic! Hired her as a dog walker for my elderly mum about a month ago. Alex (mums dog) just loves her! She is dependable, respectful and communicates VERY well. I even get a text pic every day they walk. She also pet sit for my dog one weekend. Sent an update each time she visited my Lab. I enjoyed my weekend away even more knowing I didn't have to worry about my furry monster. In the future I wouldn't call anyone else to care for her. If you love your pet, call Jennifer! www.runanddonewalks.com read more

Thank goodness for Jennifer! We have a ~1yo street dog from Taiwan (Rocco) and a ~2yo Great Pyrenees (Nilly). Rocco had A LOT of fear and shyness issues, but and come a long way since he first joined our family. Jennifer was amazing at working with Rocco to get him comfortable with her. Now, when they hear her car pull up, they both run to the gate and go nuts when she enters. Nilly is pathologically social, so comfort with Jennifer was never an issue for her. Like all Pyrs, though, she's incredibly stubborn and too smart...Jennifer is able to handle these traits beautifully as well. I really appreciate that Jennifer lets me know when she's on the way, when she has arrived, takes pics on the walk, reports any abnormal poops etc, and lets me know when they're back home. We're really lucky that Jennifer helps us take care of Nilly and Rocco! read more

When I was planning on getting a dog, I did my homework and looked at several dog walkers. The price fit my budget and I liked that it would be one person not a revolving door of random people having access to my home/animals when I was away. When Jennifer came over to do a meet and greet she put my mind at ease and my newly adopted miniature Aussie (who takes a bit to usually warm up to people) took right to her. We've had her walk my dog for almost a year and every day I look forward to my happy dog pic while at work when she's taking him out. Jennifer is very personable and has been flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend!! read more

Our family thinks the world of Jennifer. She is simply wonderful with dogs and has a great deal of knowledge and experience. She dog sat for 3 nights for us just recently. She is responsible and knows a great deal about caregiving. We have a border collie who has a great deal of reactivity issues. She was absolutely wonderful and I know our dog adores her. She is very professional, thorough, on time, responsible, follows all instructions, and keeps us updated on any and all issues. I could tell our dog was well taken care of when I got home I couldn't be happier with Jennifer! A PLUS ! read more

Jessica has been the greatest help for my family. In fact Jessica is more than a dog walker/pet sitter she has become family to us! She is always responsive to calls or texts. Also, she is very reliable for pet sitting. You can always count that she will take the most loving care of your fur babies, which mine are two cats and a puppy. I adore that Jessica is an all animal lover. My cats are in love with her and my puppy waits by the door when she knows Jessica is coming for a walk. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a pet sitter, dog walker, or taxi service! read more

I just have to say that I cant imagine being away from home without Jennifer at Run and Done Walks looking after our fur babies. We just got back from Disneyland for New Year's and did not worry once!! 2017 was super crazy busy and I'm so glad we found her. Looking forward to 2018 and knowing that when we need to be away from home she'll be there! We love working with Jennifer! I didn't think I could leave my dogs at home while away on a trip, but with Jennifer coming by twice a day the dogs are happy. They seem much happier than they are when we go to an overnight dog camp. I think my dogs are more introverted - they would rather be home than surrounded by lots of other dogs. Jennifer was awesome! Had to go out of town for a few days recently and we decided to hire her after meeting and seeing how much she adores all animals. She didn't disappoint. For a very reasonable fee, she came in early morning and fed our young cat. She also made sure he had fresh water and that his litter box was clean. On top of that, she even watered our plants for us. A complete and total life saver! The texts she sent me each morning with pictures also eased my mind about how things were going back at home. I highly recommend and will definitely use her again! read more

Jessica has been taking Marty (her chocolate friend) for regular walks since May 2016. Marty just loves her and he waits at the gait for Jessica to pick him up for their next adventure. Marty used to get into trouble at home chewing on couches and tearing up rugs but now that he has great regular exercise with his buddy Jess he is much better behaved at home. Marty has also spent lots of overnighters/boarding with Jess. She picks him up and takes him with her to play & swim and I get videos of all the fun he is having! He is happy and tuckered out when she drops him off at home. Its so convenient for a busy jet setting owner! Jess - you are the best! read more

I have been using Run & Done Walks for almost a year, and I have nothing but good things to say! They walk my dog 4 times a week and I am so happy I found a company that is reliable and trustworthy! They go ABOVE and BEYOND what a normal dog walker would do. In short, they are AMAZING! To give you an example of how they have exceeded my expectations, they will adjust the time they come if they notice that the weather is going to be particularly hot so that my pooch is not uncomfortable walking on the hot pavement. Also, if the weather ends up being hotter than the weather report predicts, they will drive my dog to the nearest park so that he doesn't have to walk his little paws on the hot pavement! I do not know of any other company that gives dogs this type of treatment. I am so grateful that I found this company and could not imagine letting anyone else walk my pooch! read more

We are so grateful and fortunate to have found Jennifer. She truly loves what she does and takes such good care of our pointers. We look forward to her daily updates while our pups are in her care. On a most recent trip one of our pups had been ill and she went above and beyond to take care of her, ensure she ate, got creative when she wouldn't and gave her her meds. We are at ease when we leave them in her care and they look forward to seeing her everyday. read more

Run & Done Walks - Pet Sitting Near Me

Jennifer has been walking my senior German Shepherd daily since January when foot surgery sidelined me. Cole loves his walks and always comes home tired and happy! He is a senior rescue dog and can be a bit stubborn at times. Jennifer is very patient with him and lets him guide how far/fast they go each day. It has made such a huge difference! I can tell how much he looks forward to seeing Jennifer each day. He now waits by the front door watching for her! As a rescue dog, I could never consider kenneling him so I look forward to having Jennifer pet sit for us in the future. Look no further if you are looking for a reliable, professional dog walker/pet sitter!! I highly recommend Run and Done!! read more

I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for Jennifer, who with very little notice provided beyond exceptional care for my doggie and kitty. Jennifer provided the peace of mind any pet parent would want especially when leaving their pet for the very first time. I originally was going to kennel my pets, but after connecting with Jennifer and knowing the love and attention my pets would receive, I opted to have her watch them. While I was away, I received text messages, pictures and updates that reassured me my animals were happy and joyful in her care. Not only did Jennifer take care of my pets, but she brought in some packages I received to secure them inside the house, she took out and put back in my garbage containers...and all out of the kindness of her heart to go over and beyond. It was a blessing to have found Jennifer and I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to her for taking such wonderful care of my beloved pets! Jennifer will be the first person I call when I need my pets cared for or her other services. Thank you again! read more

We can't say enough about Jennifer except we wish we found her earlier as we are moving away from the area. Jennifer has a special gift for animals and the trust and confidence in her she provides is amazing. We have a senior dog who needs special attention and Jennifer always provided it. She also would go above and beyond with our dog. I'm very sad that we don't get to continue working with Jennifer. She is a hard act to follow. Thank you for everything! read more
