Over the time I have been coming to Whistler I have bought several things here, both casual (a t-shirt, a dress) and technical (a couple wool mid layers). They also sell skis and ski/board related luggage and shoes. Most of the stock is discounted, but not all of it. Right now they have shorts by Billabong that seem to be regular price or close too it. They seem to have more casual clothes in summer than in winter. It's definitely worth a look if you are near the Blackcomb base.

Every employee strikes the perfect balance between being friendly, helpful, and professional without ever crossing into being pushy or overbearing. While most Lululemon locations have friendly staff, sometimes it can feel overwhelming to be constantly approached while shopping. At this store, the employees do a fantastic job of explaining products, highlighting features, and checking in periodically, all while giving you the perfect amount of space to browse on your own. Shopping here is always a wonderful experience, and I can't recommend this location enough!

They have a large men's and women's section (half and half) with the cashier in the middle of the store. I came here on Boxing Day. They had racks and racks of men's and women's clothing. They even had some accessory items on sale as well. For women they had lots of leggings, a couple skirts and shorts, tank top shirts, and jackets. It was a combination of items, but I ended up getting mostly leggings. The prices ranged from $35 and up. The leggings were around $65 each. Pretty much around 50% off or so for most items. I also got a gym bag that was super cute and a jacket. I really liked that they had whistler apparel and hats. The prices were rather high. $58 for women's shirts and $84 for men's shirts with the whistler design. Wish that the price was cheaper because I would've loved to have purchased that since it is great quality. The staff were very nice even though the store was pretty crazy and the line to pay went by quickly.

I asked if it was illegal to carry XXL muscle and t-shirts in size XXL in Whistler (as almost every shop I went into had none). They shrugged and said they did not know why. I asked them to pass on to management that they need to carry XXL sizes. Who knows if they actually will. I did find one North Face polo in a XXL in blue - which I bought. That saved them from a 2 star rating!

Worst Experience Ever I purchased a $1,300 jacket for my son…read moreon January 2, 2026. Within just a couple of days, the zipper began jamming intermittently, and on Jan 7, 2026 when I brought it into the store, it jammed several times while I was there, clearly demonstrating that the issue was real and ongoing. Given the price and the fact that the jacket was obviously defective, I expected a straightforward exchange. Instead, I was told that under no circumstances would the store exchange the jacket for the same model. The only solution offered was to ship it to the manufacturer for repair and return it in approximately three weeks. This is completely unacceptable, especially since we are currently in the middle of a ski trip and the jacket was purchased specifically for this purpose. The associates assisting me were Chi Yiu and Jenn. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none was available. I then requested the manager's contact information, which they refused to provide. The company advertises a lifetime warranty, yet when a $1,300 jacket turns out to be defective almost immediately, they refuse to do the right thing and replace it. Instead, they attempted to blame the issue on how the zipper was being handled, suggesting it needs to be treated "in a specific, gentle way" to avoid jamming. This explanation is unreasonable. I own jackets that cost a fraction of this price and have never experienced zipper issues. This company, this specific store, and their products are grossly overpriced for the poor quality they provide and fail to stand behind their products. Selling a defective item at this price point and refusing a simple exchange is unacceptable.

I've had small issues with items and they will not assist with warranty. Even with a Life time warranty on a $500 jacket two years later she said, well you've worn it a lot.... And handed me a brochure and recommended that I look for a seamstress. Same story today with the sales lady cutting me off, not listening, and telling me to go home and check the website about a product. I'd not go back, but I love the product line. It's smart and wears well and is high performance. Don't expect discounts.

Hmmm...they aren't going to be able to fit much clothing in a store that size. However, I had a fair amount of money left over on my discount gift card this year. (Every year WB offers pass holders an opportunity to purchase a $500 GC at a 20 percent discount.) I wanted to spend it, and the Go Pro I wanted was transferred to this store from the Can-Ski. Using this left over gift card money was going to make this item significantly less expensive. So, I was going to The Provisioner, if that is where they were selling it. I really can't say I looked around much, but they did have some interesting bags there. I didn't care for the hats, which looked very "Robert Redford" to me, but then again, what do I know about men's hats? I will say that I have always admired the layout of the store. With large windows and a lot the merchandise on shelves facing out, it is a good design for a small space. I got assistance from the same man who sold me a jacket at Showcase earlier in the season. I believe his name tag said Jyr. I don't think he usually works at this store, because he had to check on whether they accepted gift cards, but he is really a good salesperson. He Is pleasant and friendly. (Really, one of the top people at Showcase, IMO). He told me about the features of the two models I was looking at buying, and I took his suggestion on which one to purchase. I really wanted the camera more to take still photos because my hands are bad in the cold (they get numb). I am very reluctant to take out my phone unless it it fairly warm. Maybe I will decide to do more with it, but at least I can get some pictures of the powder next season. :) In any case, I have to admit it was a good retail experience. So, even if I don't love the idea of the store, I suppose I have to be "a fan".

They had a hand full of different helmets in XL, tried all of them but unfortunately none of them fit well. One helmet came close (Smith's Mission) but it was still pinching on the sides. I just want to point out that the staff person was very patient with me and really took her time to help. And I didn't feel any pressure to purchase that helmet. So I left. and went on to other stores to try my luck. Later that day, decided to come back to Sportstop to try that helmet again. Staff was still very nice! Still very patient! Tried all those helmets again. But still I was unsure about that pinching helmet. I thought about purchasing it but modify it when I get home, she actually talked me out of it. That's nice of her. She also told me to look into the Smith's Asian Fit helmet which might work. So I left. Then later in the evening, I decided to go back for the third time! This time I decided to purchase a goggle. I really could've gone to other store but since they were so nice, I decided to buy it there. I got my Oakley's Flight Deck Asian Fit Goggle!!! (which is hard to find in store!) It's very evident that these men care deeply both for the sport and for their clientele. I was beyond impressed with the service I received and the accommodations provided.
