After installing the grab bars he cleaned the area. His price was fair and, since he knew about special anchors to use behind our tiled walls, I can be sure the bars are secure. I called around to several area electricians, some didn't return my calls, and some just blew me off. When I called Chris, he called me back within an hour, and he was at my house later that day!
