I had a pleasant time here and ended up finding a cat I wanted to adopt. The adoption counselor was also nice and professional. When I went, it was crowded and there were many cats, but it was clear the shelter was doing the best they could to find these cats good homes and caring for as many as they could. What's cool about this cat cafe is that they partner a lot with groups who rescue strays etc, rather than getting these cats from people giving their cat up.

To management: I'd recommend some customer service training focused on acknowledging guests immediately, even if staff are mid-task or on a call. In today's world, that first impression can make or break repeat business, no matter how great the food and drinks are -- and yours genuinely are great. Location-wise, it's in a strip mall off Eastern Ave with plenty of parking, so accessibility isn't an issue. Overall: beautiful space, excellent food, but the front-of-house experience needs work.
