I would give zero stars if I could. Ever since they changed doctors two years ago, the experience has gone completely downhill. Dr. Dhaliwal is extremely impatient with both children and parents. Kids consistently feel uncomfortable during visits because the dental work is often painful and poorly handled. The doctor not only yells at the children, but also at parents whenever we try to comfort or assist them. So stressful to visit this place! read more

Our family used to have a much better experience here, but things have changed dramatically over the past couple of years. The current dentist does not create a welcoming environment for children, and appointments often feel rushed and tense. Instead of helping kids feel calm, the interactions often leave them anxious, especially when procedures become uncomfortable. It's also discouraging that parents are not treated with respect when trying to support their children during treatment. A pediatric dental office should make both kids and parents feel at ease, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. read more

My daughter is a high special needs support child. We have been going to hello kids dentistry in Bothell for a couple of years now and I just have to say how IMPRESSED I am by the overwhelming support this dental clinic has for my daugher. I actually didn't even know how to fully process how well they took care of her during her appointment today because it was so well done, but after coming home and reflecting I really do have to say that this is the best experience I had as a special needs mom. My daughter often visits Seattle Childrens Hospital and we see various providers and clinics. None of my daughters past providers has shown this level of compassion, care, quality in healthcare, patience and understanding. I can really tell my daughter is getting better at coming to her dentist appointments because of the level of care they provide here. It starts right as you walk into the front office and you are recieved with a kind and warm welcome (Super neat and clean front office with lots of kid friendly toys and games). My kids have been patients of Hello Dentistry for a few years now. All the staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. Yesterday afternoon, my daughter had cracked her last baby tooth on a granola bar. Melissa was able to schedule her in for early this morning for the check up AND the treatment. And on a holiday week! I was so afraid of not being able to get her in. The visit was easy and pain free. My daughter said she didn't even feel the shot, in fact she didn't even know she got one until I asked her about it. The office is clean and beautifully decorated as always. Dr Osafi helped us with a lip tie revision and we are so happy to have found his office! Hello Kids Dentistry is a lovely practice with warm people who care. They followed up with us multiple times after the minor surgery and made sure our infant was healing well. We already booked an appointment for his 1yr visit! I feel we can put our trust in them and am happy that they take such strict COVID precautions. (The only poor review here is from someone I suspect was late for check-in.) Phenomenal pediatric dentistry! Dr. Javid was so friendly while talking to my 5-year-old; he explained all the tools he was going to use, and made the experience not scary for my boy. The receptionists were lovely, welcoming and answered my questions professionally. The hygienist was awesome and made my son feel comfortable and calm. The x-rays were explained to me in detail (I really appreciated that the hygienist took the time to educate me on what was captured, it was so cool!). I'm stoked to return for my toddler's first dental check up in a few weeks. So thankful this dentistry opened up close to home & they take state insurance! I recommend this place to everyone. We used to go to UW Pediatric Dentistry in Seattle but had to make the switch because of the location & it's a great change because Hello Kids Dentistry has surpassed the other guys in many ways. read more

Such a great dentist for children. My daughter was terrified the first time or two and was screaming and crying. The assistants were calm and understanding and when the actual dentist came in she was SO good with my daughter. She gave my daughter a ballerina toy to help calm her down. She is such a great dentist, I can't recommend her enough! My daughter is no longer scared to go in On top of that the accounts lady was extremely helpful when we couldn't figure out our dental card info. She went the extra mile to help us figure it all out. Dr. Javid Osafi and his staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had a VERY bad experience with another dentist in Lynnwood a few years ago for my daughter, so we are always a little hesitant when going to a dentist. Here, all the staff were great. They were very nice with my kids, making sure they were happy. All their recommended work was thoroughly discussed, walking through the least invasive and preventive next steps. OMG! This pediatric dental office is the best. Bring your kids with SPD and/or on the Autism spectrum. They are the most understanding, kind, and patient staff you'll ever meet. The Doctor totally understood our young children. For the first time, our youngest received a thorough check up he needed and our youngest liked it. The Doctor is all about what's best for his young patients and not about what's best for his clinic. You will not be disappointed! I can't compliment enough about this clinic. I Don't typically leave reviews, but I felt absolutely compelled to write one for this dental office. I'm so impressed. My son is 7 years old, and has some pretty bad anxiety especially with anything near or around his face. We've visited this office 3 times now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. The front office staff is WONDERFUL, so friendly and their appointment reminders are extremely helpful when you need to book months out. The dental assistants are all so patient, calm and understanding, when my son couldn't sit still and was panicking about all the tools and noises they found work arounds, and ways to help calm him down. Dr. Javid Osafi was so professional and kind, and really went out of his way to work with my sons anxiety. My son left the dentist today feeling so proud of himself for being able to get through it without getting anxious, and I owe that to the entire staff and how well they handled everything. I am so appreciative for 3 consistently positive experiences. No matter what came up, they made it work, and a situation that could have been stressful was easy going and above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place. read more
