Bobs 2 workers that showed up in an hour after I spoke with Bob were true gentleman and professional as well as careful in removing the furniture and couches as well as being careful with not damaging anything else.As a true professional owner Bob showed up to help disassemble a massive formica headboard tower over 6.5 feet tall and 8 feet wide.Everything was handle with great care and respect to the premises.I feel so bad I didn't bring the 2 workers names with me back home to NY but they were respectable massive pro's.No need to shop around because Dr. Junk could have stretched this job out and gotten more money and he handled it like I've been a client forever. Exceptional customer service. We agreed on a price and a time as I had a furniture delivery on the way. He politely asked me for my contact information so he could arrange this pick up for me. I hired Albert a few months ago to remove a large couch from my home. All went well and we…read morediscussed doing a second job at some point down the line. We needed to move some items from a private garage in Boca Raton to a condo in Delray Beach. One would think this would be a fairly simple move, right? Read on to see how this move panned out. We put our trust in Albert to move two pieces of high end furniture along with some very sentimental items that can not be replaced, including urns, bar mitzvah albums, etc. I can go on but you get the drift. Granted, this company is a junk hauler and some things were indeed being dumped. However, the personal items that were to be kept were packed in such a way and with such care, even a moron would be able to tell these boxes were NOT garbage. In fact, Albert and my friends ex-wife had a long detailed conversation about both the furniture and which boxes were to be saved. The value of the furniture was also discussed as it was custom made and of great quality. Why did we use a junk hauler to move such sensitive and sentimental belongings? I always make a point to use independently owned businesses whenever possible, and Albert appeared to be a decent guy. A family man trying to provide for his family. Let's face it, during a national pandemic, we must be careful with who we allow into our homes. At this point we had an established relationship with Albert and we were trying to help him earn some money by giving him a small local move. If you follow me and read my reviews, then you know me well enough to know I never sugar coat anything-ever. I'm straight and to the point, so when I say this guy can not and should not be trusted, I mean this 100%. He came to the door and told us he "accidentally" dumped EVERYTHING! Yes, the two pieces of custom designed furniture as well as the meticulously packed boxes that contained so many precious memories/items. He dumped urns for God's sake! And speaking of God, Albert told us he is a Christian several times. What does that even mean? I'm Jewish, but do I remind my clients I am Jewish whenever I screw up? Of course not! We can all fabricate stories; such as "accidentally" dumping expensive furniture, but please tell me where religion even fits into this subject. If I accidentally placed a lien on a clients property, would claiming I am Jewish have anything to do with this? It wouldn't even belong in the conversation, right? Example: Mr Smith, I am so very sorry but I accidently put a lien on your home~BUT I AM JEWISH. WTF does religion have to do with anything??? Albert did give us a small loveseat he claimed was brand new he purchased the previous day. I don't believe him, in fact, I believe he kept it from a previous move. Just my opinion, not a fact. Listen, this review is solely based upon my own personal experience. Do I think this guy is respectable? Absolutely not. Honest? Again, a hard no from me. And to reiterate, this review is based on my own experience with this company. The facts don't lie. We hired him to do a small job, he fudged up, but because he is Christian, that makes it okay??? Based upon my own actual experience, there is no way I would/could recommend this company. Not even a little bit. Not in a million years. Not even to my worst enemy.
