She was so sweet and so personable and really took the time to listen and chat with me for over 3 hours while she worked on my hair. She made a point to fully describe the differences in the different styles of color and cut I was asking for to find the perfect look I wanted. A wash and set here runs me about $60 (before tip) while at other nearby places, they change $35-40 for the same service. I'm not knocking them and I totally understand that they probably charge more because they use better products but it's just not affordable for me to get my hair done here consistently even though I would like to. Mine is thinner and hers is thicker with tighter curls, Jacky did an amazing job on both. From shampoo to set to the blow dry our hair was bouncy & shiny. We were in and our in about 2 hours which is great! I didn't even need to flat iron my hair which is great because I try to use as little heat as possible on it. I'm so happy we found a local salon with friendly faces and such great services. We will def be back. Thanks!
