Tracy is the absolute best!! I give honest reviews and only when I feel it deems it and she definitely deserves my highest praise. She's been doing my lashes for awhile elsewhere and I'm so glad she's opened up her own place. Albeit far from where I live, I am still willing to make it work because she's just that good! Ladies, look no further. A lot of lash artists don't have the technique, know-how, and artistry that Tracy brings to the table during each session. I've had bad experiences in the past and during a short period of time when I couldn't see her due to circumstances and there's a clear difference. Not all lash artists are the same and their skills vary greatly! My lashes after Tracy gets done with them are always impeccable, neat, beautiful, and so natural looking. I get compliments on them all the time about how long & beautiful they are and they are always shocked to find out I have extensions. Other artists would make my lashes clump together and as they grew, it would poke out in every direction causing irritation and they just looked hideous. With Tracy, they look even better the next day and stay gorgeous for almost a month! Seriously, you'll love the way they grow out! I loooooove Tracy! I honestly do not know how I even got my lashes done before her. The quality of work she does is so amazing and It lasts much longer than anywhere I've ever been. I get a fill from her once every 5-6 weeks rather than your typical 2-3 weeks. The lashes she uses are so light you don't even feel a thing on your eyes. The look she provides fits me perfectly each time. I really appreciate the fine work she does making your lashes look fuller but still natural. I'm not a huge fan of when girls wear extensions that are super dark and super thick because i think it looks so fake and cheap. So after searching and searching for a new lash stylist I thought I had finally found one. The price for a classic set was $170, which was outrageous for classic but she agreeed to do $60 every 3 weeks for a fill, so I agreed. The first thing is she is not in HB, she's all the way in Brea- pain in the butt. Second I got there and she was still driving there and running late- what a terrible first impression considering I HATE being late or feeling like I'm running behind. The lashes turned out okay and since I paid all this money I decided to book another appointment since it would only be $60. I had to text her three times for her to finally respond. Today I came in, mind you ALL the way from Costa Mesa showed up on time to see she text me that she was running 15 minuets behind. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I was so annoyed how little respect she has for someone's time. As much as I wanted to leave I decided that I was already there just to wait. After she finished I asked her if it would be more than 60 since I was at almost 4 weeks(since she didn't text me back). She looked at me crazy and said no 90 is the price of 3 weeks. APPALLING. She's like maybe it was a miss text, like no we were on the phone..One of the only reasons I booked with her was because of the price for a fill. Going back on her word is deceitful. As well the unprofessionalism of being late for the first appointment then again for the second. It's sad that this is how she decides to run a business. I would keep looking for someone if I were you. read more

I am so impressed with Jennifer's ability to make you feel calm, confident, and beautiful.
